Absolutely this guy need a break very very rude customer service I don’t know how long he’s working but he’s really bad behavior in we don’t need him here we need to have another job

First when I arrived they told me I was late (my appointment was 800 the next morning). I said I was a couple Hours early. They said the brokers lied and my appointment was earlier that morning. This was news to me. Either way, the guy behind the window told me to keep my phone close and he’ll worked me in. I obliged and went back to my truck. I woke up in the morning without no missed calls so I went and ask for anything information as to when they’ll take me. I was told that they couldn’t and I have to go to another location 20 miles away (see picture).
This shows incompetence on the highest managerial level.
I personally wouldn’t come back to this place again.

Not as bad as most reviews, say, arrive two hours before appointment time but unfortunately, they go by appointment only even if there is nobody else there. Other than that, once my appointment time came, I was out in less than an hour.

All over inthe United States this company deserves 0 stars for truckers. I came here evening 6 pm and checked in but they call me another day morning returning my paperwork and told me there is no place here to unload you so, go to another location which is in Mt.pleasant 20 miles away. Crazy

Complete joke of a business, I’ve been here for 5 hours now and still haven’t gotten assigned a dock to be loaded. Got here at 12 (my appt time) and it’s 5pm now.

Horrible location to make delivery to! Appears to have worst management for warehouse. My appointment was for 9am checked in early but received a door at 6pm. Waisted a day and lost next load. Need to stay put till next day to get another load. Reason for not offloading is No Space in warehouse, was told to wait till they free up space indefinitely. DRIVERS AVOID THIS PLACE!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Don’t ever come here for pickup or delivery. Worst place to deliver. Waiting 8 hours and still waiting for dock. Arrived 30 minutes before appointment time. What a joke this place is

First and last time, delivery of empty cans checked in 6pm at 9: 30am next day receiving call that I have to go 20 miles south to a different location Mt Pleasant PA!

I came to this place for delivery what they do the sent you to another building 32 miles away with trucking road 45 min far, I went there in my appointment time that place is the most dirty place the most garbage company, the mot racist people in USA standing outdide drinking pepsi smoking cigarettes and not working you see outside to many trucks standing there all the day just for delivery the load that can take 15-20 min. I went in their office and told them why I don’t have a door not yet because has been 4 hour from my appointment they said we have other trucks befor you so I spent there all my day till night for doing a delivery. When I booked this load broker told me that one of the drivers for my company has shown bad attitude with receiving people now I understand why. The other building it’s 1001 technology dr my pleasant pa. The broker dosent sell the load with that delivery address becouse no one will sign for him, that’s why will let you know for the real delivery address when you arrive here so, WELCOME IN HALL drivers be ready to be their slave

I was told they don’t have room for the empty load of cans so now I have to sit and wait until tomorrow morning for them to call me when they have some room to unload the product off my trailer. I’ve never had an issue like this before in my 6 years of driving. Poor management. 0 stars.

This company is the worst got there at 8am and did leave until I stopped looking at the clock only had five tanks Less then a truck load I feel sorry if you have to deliver there ‍‍‍

Once u get here u figure that you will be a work in, dont get play by the short miles and good pay.
(If u are willing to spend a day here or a non sleeping night its a good load huron oh-Latrobepa) receiver are polite.

This place is a joke my driver went there to pick up appointment time was set for one pm then he gets told your not at the right place go to the other place on technology drive. So he did he still hasn’t been loaded this guy he went to ask for eta on getting into door told him to tell me he got there at six pm and was told to tell everyone left come back tomorrow he was stopping the loading at ten pm. What kind of business are they running we will never ever pick up there and or deliver there especially now after reading all the comments. Thanks for the comments my friends it was very helpful.

I arrived 3 hours late for a delivery because of the shipper! Check in was very smooth they gave me a doc right away. For 3pm delivery I was there 6pm, by 6: 35 they finished unloading 6: 45 I was out of the warehouse” done “. Thank you!

Appt for delivery was 3 PM, checked in at 2: 20 PM (40 minutes earlier) after 20 minutes the receiver told us to go to another facility in Mt Pleasant PA that is 20 miles out and now our ETA is 3: 45 PM, the worst thing happened when we arrived to Mt Pleasant, they will really tell you they will work you in and you will be offloaded maybe next day because there are 15 more trucks before us and they told for each truck they need 2 hrs. LOL 6 month ago one guy left same review and that is sad that I did not read when was bookin this load. CANCEL THE LOAD IF YOU ARE HAULING EMPTY CANS AND BOOKED LOAD, BE AWARE!

A 6-7 miles narrow road to get to the facility there are facility name signs once you get in the town. Receiving person was a little harsh, didn’t want to repeat anything what he said twice, quick unloading they got restrooms but no overnight parking.
