I did not visit there in that capacity. Facility is nice & clean but the block is nasty & I cringe just walking my feet on the nasty cement. Ugh! Lots of dumpsters, some homeless & addicted people sleeping on the street. Prayers for them. Yet a very busy street that appears kinda safe to venture on.
