City Collision - Liberty, Pittsburgh PA

I went there because my door suddenly decided it didn't want to open fully which was a pain getting in and out of my car, especially with a sprained ankle, so I scheduled an appointment. I arrived, signed in (the receptionist was very nice) and sat in the waiting room which is very clean and the chairs are cozy. The drinks in the vending machine were upside down which was pretty hilarious to me. After 3 short minutes of waiting, a mechanic with a ponytail came to grab my keys to examine my car door. I forgot his name unfortunately. Long story short, he remedied my issue in five short seconds and I was on my way.

They made the most stressful time a breeze. My car was mangled and they made her shine like new!

City collision painted my entire black Tahoe and it looked fantastic. They do great work, always considerate, good prices, they treat my vehicles as if it was their own. They also wash our two vehicles every month. When I get the vehicles back I never have to redo anything.

Went for an estimate after a hit and run in my parked car. I arrived a few minutes early and they got to my car a few minutes early. Waiting area was clean and ample. I was out in about 10 minutes and got my repair estimate. Tyvm Griffith for the fast email as well.

Very pleasant staff guys helped me with any questions I had and when my car came back looking brand new I had to share my experience. I recommend city collision to all.
