City Dermatology Skin Institute: Imran Amir, MD, Bensalem PA

The nurse, Melanie, and Dr. Amir were amazing as usual, the results are just as good as each visit! Highly recommend, they are phenomenal! (plus I hate needles and they made it so easy!)

If I could give negative stars I would. Did not clean or disinfect my skin before beginning procedure. Went to follow up appointment just to be told office cancelled my appointment without notifying me. Offered no apology or resolution. Will be reporting this office for unsafe procedures and shady business practices.

I’m very happy with my visit today. The office is well appointed and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and professional and there was very little wait time. Dr Amir spent time talking about the procedure as well as other services that would improve my skin tone and texture. But there was no pressure at all. I would happily return for services there.

Dr. Amir was very informative and thorough. Besides a very long wait time to be called back for the appt, my experience in this office was great!

Dr. Amir is great, explains everything, answers my questions, and does the laser procedure himself unlike some places that have a technician do it. Michelle, the office manager, and all the girls that work here are nice and thorough. They worked with me for pricing which is why I keep returning here. This would be a 5 star review except for a few cons. Everytime I've come the wait has been about 30-45 min, which is especially frustrating since I already drive an hour each way just to get here. Also they won't share the wi-fi password with the patients. So while waiting for my appointment that was almost an hour ago, I can't even kill the time with free wi-fi. Besides that though, once you're in with the doctor, everything goes great.
