The new gym is very beautiful will all new equipment. It makes me feel more motivated to wake up an go everyday

Front desk personal were great to deal with and very helpful, and the place and equipment look great!

I’ve been going to City Fitness since they first opened. I like that I’m able to go to any club now that there are so many around the city. The classes are always good and the sauna is great.

Overall it’s nice to have the gym back open. The machines are nice and new- I’m especially excited to try out the peloton bike and recovery beds. I was a little disappointed to have to now pay more for my “studio” access yet all the classes I used to take at the NoLibs aren’t even available there anymore. There used to be a spin class, yoga and barre classes. It seems like all the focus is going towards intense HITT and weightlifting classes which I don’t have an interest in. Also it was kind of insinuated during the renovation period that the pool would be included in the new membership but not until after we upgraded were we informed that it was going to probably be an additional (and expensive) cost in spring which was extremely disappointing. Overall nice gym but nothing too great to rave about.

If you are serious about fitting into that little black dress or just getting back on track in general, sign up and get a trainer. They are going to ensure you reach your goals! Make the investment, commit the time and I promise you that you'll reach your goals. You owe it to yourself to give it a shot.plus, who doesn't want to be sexy?

I love this gym so far. I signed up for a membership less than 1 week ago and I feel at home already. The equipment is much better than other gyms & I’ve already had a chance to network with a few people.

The place is super clean. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the people make it feel exactly like another home.

City Fitness East Market gym is great! The studio fitness classes are awesome. Nedal in membership is fantastic! Super helpful and answered all my questions quickly.

Had a blast here. Visiting from NYC, staying at the Canopy hotel next door. I’m a CF coach and was able to make my own workout here. Then the recovery room after with the Normatec boots was awesome. Finished with a meditation in the dry sauna. Perfect. All for $20! We will be back!

I love City Fitness! Clean facilities. Staff is always nice. I feel good being a part of it.

A great facility with valuable offerings. I was in the area temporarily for work. Mary worked out a feasible program for me so I could join. However, a big disadvantage is that the Thrive personal coach program is as expensive as the membership. Lastly, the Shake counter does not stay open late enough and at times not even open.

Beautiful and clean gym! I highly recommend. Full access to dumbbells and other gym equipment.

Excellent gym! Super clean, everyone is very friendly great location. They have everything you need from Freeweights to functional training equipment, various cardio machines. Personal trainers, And a variety of different classes you can take.

First visit guest pass. Staff provided a wonderfully in-depth tour of this location. This facility is spacious, clean, and filled with plenty of natural light. It is equipped with a variety of fitness machines and multiple studio rooms. Plenty of area for stretching!

Update:
I signed up with this location a week later. It's been another week since. The cleanliness and availability of equipment is still top notch. While staff are nice and friendly, they messed up my billing information during signup and then charged me a late fee.

Very nice, I spontaneously walked in to take a tour since I was in the area and signed up right away! I feel like I just received a quality of life upgrade

This is absolutely the best fitness facility in Philly. The space is gorgeous, the classes are fun yet challenging and the amenities are all top notch. It's certainly the cleanest and well maintained gym in town. Big shout out to Sam who works the front desk in the afternoon. He always makes me feel at home.
