3This place is plain out disgusting. Why are the hotel rooms which don't even have kitchens or much space at all over 500 a month when a one bedroom apartment is only 407 a month. Seems to me that the ones that rent a hotel room are being taken advantage of. Each person in the room they charge on a additional fee of 20 each. So at the beginning you're paying 627 for a small tiny hotel room when they should be charging the price of a one bedroom small apartment. And the manager don't get me started on her. She's a total creep. Keep your children away from her.
Not a bad place to live if you enjoy bedbugs and nosey neighbors on top of a few cockroaches and mice along with a building manager who could careless about anything besides finding ways to pocket money. The manager doesn't even follow pa housing laws instead she follows Texas laws. She also will charge for a bed bug treatment which shouldn't have to be paid by the tenant when they entire building is infested. Can't forget being blamed for things that were there way before you got there
