I've been dealing with CJ's for many years and never had a problem with parts received or the service provided when I've worked with them. Sure there were some delays in obtaining some parts during the dark days of 20-21 but that's hardly their fault.

Communication has always been on point with them as well. I'd reccomend them to anyone looking for parts for their Mustang.

Ask for help finding big block parts all they could do is send me to another vendor I was prepared to spend at least 1300 bucks with them that day

Ordered had a mix up and they had it fixed in about 3 hours im happy. Wife got in touch and they fixed it fast. Sorry if the wife was vicious!

I ordered a 99/2000 Mustang Cobra bumper cover and unfortunately it was slightly damaged during shipping. I called to report the damage and was eventually put in contact with Jacob Jankowski. He was very helpful and instructed me to take multiple pictures of the package and the scratches and gouges on the bumper cover. Also, because the part was special order and not in stock, made the suggestion to have a estimate on repairing it. I did so and CJ Pony Parts, is crediting my account for the repair costs. This was an acceptable resolution to an unfortunate situation and CJ'S customer service was understanding and helpful on every level.

I had issues getting into my account online many, many times in a row. I finally tried an online chat with the "AI bot" - which was no help at all. But then, Jacob got on the chat. He had me on my account in no time! After that, I had an issue with items that the website said had been delivered, but I had not received. Jacob explained to me that he would have to contact the manufacturer as the items had been dropshipped directly from them, and that he would email me within about 48 hours with the answer. It was really refreshing to chat with someone in Customer Service who knows their job and can truly help a customer! Great Job Jacob!

I called CJ Pony and inquired about picking up multiple body parts for my son's 68 Mustang coupe instead of having them shipped. Last time I purchased body parts for my car they were damaged in shipping so I figured I would pick them up this time. I asked to make sure they were in stock prior to driving to thier Harrisburg location. I was assured they were in stock and was given a order number. When I arrived, they only had the parts for a fastback in stock and not a coupe. They wasted a half day of my time with not even apology, coupon, discount, nothing. The person behind the counter said I should have bought a fast back and it would not have been a issue. Terrible customer service.

Dealt with Chris B today out of Harrisburg PA. What a knowledgeable guy! He was able to quickly help me determine what part I needed along with googling some information to help me further with the installation.

I had a problem with a crumpled package and a missing item. Barbara C was very helpful and took care of my needs quickly. I will be doing business with CJ P P in the future

The delays in shipping are just awful. If one small item out of a bunch of items is on backorder for months, CJ Pony Parts delays shipping the entire order for months. Not worth it.

Update: I contacted CJ per their response to this review, and the Ms. Chastaine confirmed that CJ won't make any changes and will be holding off on shipping for months yet. Nothing was done to actually resolve the issue. Honestly, buy elsewhere. There are many companies out there that provide the same products, but with better customer service and more realistic policies.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE after you buy a part. No help in returning wrong parts sent by CJ pony. Stay with summit or other parts company.

CJ Pony Parts is a very respectful business in my eyes but they definitely need to find a better way on shipping products, especially next day air. I ordered a part around 12: 00 p.m. On a Thursday hoping to have the part by 3: 00 p.m. On Friday. I paid for the next day air fee because I needed the part ASAP. FedEx Tracking System said that the part will not be in until Tuesday. I have a couple of Mustangs that I order parts for and I use CJ Pony Parts. I might have to find another business if I continue to have shipping issues.

I ordered a part a few months a go and never open the box. Today I opened the box and noticed. It was the wrong part I called in and they inform me. It has been over 30 days that they would not accept a return or send the right part to me. Being it was their fault and not mine at all. Buyers beware not a good company to deal with. The way they get rid of you is tell you to hold on they will check to see what they can do, But they will never come back on the line. BUYERS BEWARE!

Would give them zero stars if I could. Worst customer service and extremely shady company. You cannot leave bad review on their site because they have moderators and customer service never calls you or emails you back. Would never order from them again

I ordered a part from them everything going fine then it gets delayed in FedEx for a month no updates no nothing. So I call them and put me on hold for a hour just to tell it was returned and I was refunded. So now after waiting a month no email, call saying it was returned I have to reorder it and wait again. Terrible way to take care of your customers

Horrible service with no apology or compensation offered. Product ordered in June still not here, supposedly lost multiple times over with the promise of overnight shipping that never happened.
My las purchase from this place, I have also found much of what they sell is way less expensive at other places.

Always have had good dealings with this company, only reason for the 4 star and 5 is rarely there is a problem with stock but again that’s rare.

Horrible Customer Service! STAY AWAY!
I Ordered a hood on a Friday night. I tried to cancel it the very next day through various emails and no response. No way to cancel it online either and As soon as I sent them the emails to cancel it.they went ahead and processed the order. Gave me a bad tracking number and I can not track it. After finally getting a response. They told me the hood had already been shipped and that I needed to refuse it upon delivery. But how can I refuse it If i can’t track it, to see when it will arrive. And Also I do not understand why? Did they waited till Monday, 2 days later! To give me a response.even though i begged them to cancel it the very next day. I’m Very disappointed with this place. I have bought here a few times before but I will never spend a single dime buying from them again!
