Hi my name is Dawn I live in Scottdale. I called CJ's Appliance Services to fix our dishwasher that came with the house we just bought. It would have been through our home warranty company. When I called him and told him what it was doing over the phone, he asked me a few questions and knew exactly what the problem was. He didn't even have to come out. So we did what he told us to do and tried to run it again and a new problem arose. I called him again and again he told us exactly what to do. Now it works perfectly. Very professional, on time and friendly. Asked before even getting within 20’ of us if we wanted him to wear a mask, took his shoes off at the door and did his service call thoroughly without trying to add more money into things we didn’t need. Highly recommend.
