CJ's Tire & Automotive, West Chester PA

We've used CJ's routinely since they opened. Multiple sets of tires, multiple inspections and related repairs and updates. We've never had a problem with their work, and they are always super professional and easy to work with.

Went to CJ’s Thursday to have my back brakes done, rob and John were the sweetest most honest people I have ever worked with. I couldn’t get my back tires off as I already did the front expecting the backs to need brakes as well. Once John got the tire off he noticed back brakes were in perfect condition and didn’t need to be changed. Since I was not aware that they didn’t need to be done they could have easily done the job and charged me. Instead they brought me back showed me the brakes and helped take pictures for where I had originally went to get it inspected. They are honest kind and very helpful team at cj tires and I’m glad someone recommended them to me and I will no longer go anywhere else and will recommend them to everyone

I recently visited CJ's Tire for a tire repair and was thoroughly impressed. Their accommodating service made scheduling a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and also very knowledgeable. The tire repair was done in WAY less time than I anticipated. I highly recommend CJ's. They've 100% gained a customer thanks to their exceptional service and expertise.

Rob and Rich are the best! Their customer service is by far something you don't see a lot these days. I would highly recommend CJ Tire and specifically Rob if you are looking for a great experience and for someone who will handle issues professionally and always make it right! I wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else.

Totally saved the day. My family was passing through to get to our vacation in New Jersey and we had some brake trouble. We gave them a call after calling other local shops. They were the only ones that would fit us in and got all the parts that were needed in a impressive timely manner. Now we are back on the road ready for our vacation. Needed a single tire replaced due to pothole damage. They had the replacement tire the next day and installed it and did an alignment. The car is running smooth as silk! Nicely done.

Unfortunately my skid plate needed a repair while we were in the area. I was able to give these guys a call and was seen within minutes. I waited for not even 15 minutes and was ready to check out. On top of being seen quickly, they didn’t even request payment. Great guys and will absolutely be back if I am back in the area! Thanks again!

Awesome service. They explain everything in detail, they don't take advantage of me or upsell, and they're really courteous when problems or delays happen. This CJ's is a good, honest place. I go for oil changes, tires, and inspections.

Quick and efficient work. They always make sure I know everything that’s happened when looking at my car. Always super helpful and kind. Went there for my inspection last December and a recent oil change. Will continue to go to them for anything needed for my car.

These guys are great! They get you in and out in record time. Rob is excellent to work with as are all the technicians!

Had a few hiccups with the new tires put on my car but they did everything they could to rectify the situation and make sure everything was right overall not a bad place for tires for the price
