Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center reviews
20Allow cell phone usage for certain employees. On phones every 5-10 minutes. I was harassed by a coworker. I was forced to leave even though I liked my job. Favoritism at its highest. And foul language.
I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone. The care except for physical therapy is terrible. They have the worst food possible.
Not the place you want apply to for work
I had left my position due to an injury. I reapplied had an interview set up. I get to to my interview only to be told that it was cancelled and that was by receptionist. Angel is now hr according to her and assistant my interview was canceled due to not confirming which it was. When ask to speak to some they lie and say there not in building.
My brother Richard Hobba is getting excellent care at clairmont and I want to thank everyone. It nice to see such dedication and kindness that he is getting. People at clairmont really care.
My sister went behind everyone's back to get Mom in against her will. She told them she had power of attorney didn't ask for any proof. We all know that's not true. The place is a nut house and no one there tries to keep it under control. They over looked what was legal. They will be dealing with our attorneys. Just hope Mom is okay!
Why is a friend is getting subpar meals, food that isn't cooked properly or cold when delivered. Patients are not being cared for properly. Get to the bottom of this or there will be a class action lawsuit!
This nursing home should be shut down. My relative was there for many months and the care she received was deplorable. Ofcoarse she one or two nurses and aides who took very good care of her,
periodically. But, for the most part she was ignored. She was made to feel like she was an inconvenience. She went without showers for weeks at a time. The food wasn't edible 9 times out 10 and there was no pain management offered at all, even when we inquired about it. Not ONE employee EVER entered her room to clean it and we had to beg to have the trash emptied once a month. Thankfully this nightmare is over as I have moved my relative to a much better facility.
My wife has been in Claremont since Jan. 4. I am there every day for 6-7 hours. I see it all, the good and the bad.while my wife is sleeping, I walk around and chat with aides and nurses, and housekeepers. I have gotten to know people in most departments. I think of them as friends. I am in awe of how hard these people work. They are caring and compassionate, doing the best they can with what they have. I have seen them go the extra mile for the people in their care. It is no wonder that positions are hard to fill. It is hard work. Take time to give them a pat on the back and a thank you.
Very caring and helpful folks here at Claremont. The food is good and the staff are caring.
A great place to send relatives you hate. If you want your loved ones to be treated rudeness and forced to sit in their own urine for hours on end, this is the place for you.
Claremont has had some challenges that we are overcoming and improving on every day. With the excellent leadership team, dedication and compassion of all the staff we are empowered to cultivate an environment that is resident-centered which allows our residents to enjoy purposeful living. The delivery of care and services is priority. I am honored to be a part of an amazing team that strives to do better each day.
This facility has made extensive improvements and is headed in a great direction! The staff really care about the residents, and do what they can to make them feel comfortable!
I am honored & proud to say that 36 years of employment at this facility have been rewarding.
I never would of believed the love & joy I felt daily for these residents & their families.
The staff always pulls together for the residents.
At the end of the day it is very rewarding.
Claremont has made such great improvements over the last several months! The residents and their families have expressed with me directly their increased happiness and overall satisfaction with care, staff, and activities. It is an honor to be part of this amazing team.
Claremont staff strive to provide the best care and environment for their residents. Their improvements have not gone unnoticed. Keep moving forward!
I have been a CNA and LPN and RN and I have worked in many areas of nursing since 2007 so trust me when I say, I have seen many facilities in this surrounding area. Few are better off and some are MUCH WORSE. I had this gravitational pull towards this building and the residents. I believe that this company does want to improve process and make a positive change for this building. We work hard every day to make positive changes and set high standards and expectations. Our team is dedicated to good customer service safe practices. We have hiccups just like anywhere else. We are continuing to work hard to make changes in a positive way. I hope that in the future we can meet expectations and provide adequate care to our residents. I love coming to work every day, setting goals and working towards them. I love meeting residents and family members and caring for people in need.
This home has a very passionate staff who cares immensely for their residents like family.
My father in law was a resident here and loved the staff. Seeing him develop such wonderful relationships was amazing. I’m beyond thankful for the many laughs he was able to share with his nurses and aides.
I work here and I love this place. The staff is professional and caring and the residents are awesome. I couldn’t ask for a better place to work I have such great coworkers who go the extra mile to take care of the residents and I’m proud to call this my place of employment.
The short- term rehab part is severly under staffed. The nurses have to bring the meals, empty the trash and remove soiled linen. There is no cleaning staff. The food is cold but eatable at best. It is one nurse for 25 patients. The only good thing is the rehab people.
