I honestly love coming here. Very kind staff, doctors are well educated and caring. There’s nothing much time spent in the waiting room either. I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere.
This place always treats everyone very well! Dr. Karls and his staff go above and beyond.
Inadequate and incompetent. Experience severe mental health issues and they can't even keep their appointments and office running smoothly enough then I'll have to call and tell me that my appointments have been cancelled for almost 3 months because of scheduling errors. Was given an address in the date and the night before check-in to show up just to be told that this could have been done over the phone and I shouldn't have come in set an alert in room for 10 minutes before I decided that this place can't possibly give me a proprietary treatment if they can't even run their office and facility correctly. 1 over the phone therapy session every six weeks because the scheduling issues just isn't good!
Excellent, friendly staff and very quick never waited more then 10min when I had an appointment
