Clarks Summit Senior Living reviews
3Two years ago we moved our 96 year old father into CSSL. He was a little reluctant at first but when he saw the facilities and met the friendly staff he knew he had found his final home. We lost him last week but feel so incredibly lucky to have given him the gift of the experience at CSSL. The staff are caring, medical team is on top of their game and the rooms and facilities are top notch. They have a beautiful front porch where our father sat on nice days and a walking path for fresh air and exercise. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to call home for their loved one. - the Macheska Family
The staff are terrific. It's clean. The food is great. They made our mom comfortable and included. They also have a Tavern hour and they all get together. I enjoy getting to know them all.
Not 5 star don’t be deceived not enough staff extremely short handed. On weekends if your family member needs any assistance they are on their own. This should be a place where you have peace of mind that your family member or members get the help they may need so they are not just left there to struggle. Really compassion is needed at this time of their life and and when they are not getting the care promised think twice about this facility it hurts to know that this is allowed to be happening. Talk with people living there you will know what it is really like. And by the way the food is so bad on just about everyday. Again ask the seniors living there. You will get the true answers. Very heartbroken
