6 Would definitely avoid. I dropped off a formal work dress for dry cleaning and it was ruined. Do not trust them with your formal ware. This was my first time using this cleaners as I was trying to support a small business, but i know to go elsewhere now. I paid $100 for the dress they ruined, the Calvin Klein Womens Work Knee Sheath Dress Pink, and wore it only 3 times over 4 years. They ruined it completely but told me they would give me an insurance payment for the dress. They told me double what they actually ended up paying me, only $35. So they ruined a perfectly taken care of $100 Calvin Klein dress and handed me $35, less than half of its value. Thanks a lot. Will definitely never go again and would not recommend anyone trusts them with anything of value.
EDIT: Thanks for the response. I do not personally feel it’s fair to offer 35% of value after only being worn four times. I am also allowed to be disappointed, angry, confused and sad about my dress being ruined when all I was trying to do was clean it. Customers can decide for themselves if it’s worth the risk of only getting 35% of value if it is destroyed.
Awful, terrible, disrespectful, and straight up ignorant how can a customer know that their items are back from repair when you don't call. Not nice at understanding certain situations and blatantly some of them don't care.
Always there when you need them … good prices … great quality of service. Would definitely tell others to go here.
The staff has not let me down. They are the best! They have a drive thru service that alone makes it great! I'm going to try out the wash and fold service next
I dropped off a two-piece suit to be cleaned and it was actually ready the very next morning (I needed it within 5 days). 4 stars for the cost ($16 dollars.geez) but at least you could count on them. I visited two other places first and their doors were locked during normal business hours (2-3 hours before posted closing)
