I’ve been working with Dan Brady at classic quality homes for 2 years now during Covid the process wasn’t as fast because of Covid but the sales person Dan Brady was a god sent to me this is my first home I didn’t have no knowledge of the process and he made the process so smooth and easy for me he guided me on the steps that I needed to take there was no judgement and now me and my family are homeowners if there is anyone who is afraid or nervous or having doubts he is the person to go to

Classic Quality Homes is absolutely the Best! We purchased our home in 2021. As a first time home owner, they assisted me from the beginning of the process until the end. They took time to listen and addressed all of my concerns. The customer service is unmatched. Dawn was extremely responsive and always willing to help. WE LOVE IT HERE. I would recommend this to anyone.

They are the worst be very careful. We have our attorney involve let's just say there not ready to handle business. My floors are jacked up still waiting for themto rectify the problem

SHAME ON YOU CLASSIC QUALITY HOMES. Found huge holes in Sheetrock, when I replaced bathroom mirrors.there was a Huge hole in sheet rock, when I replaced kitchen vent. Floor boards left with gaps all over the house. Floor creaks because they did not stabilize the floor correctly. All appliances stop working within 2 years. Receptionist was unprofessional and rude. They put wrong stones in front of house and refused to redo. They did not put retainer wall out side of house and dirt slid away from house and caused huge holes all over yard. Sloppy job with Electrican panel. Jacuzzi was cracked in three places when I moved in. They only patched it up. They painted the house with flat paint ONLY. They left beer bottles all over the woods. With all this, I never gave them a bad review. UNTIL ALL Fire alarms are going Waco all day and night. All FIRE ALARMS WERE EXPIRED in 2017, YET WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE IN 2019. SHAME ON YOU CLASSIC QUALITY HOMES.

If you are considering this company remember, negative reviews are done to WARN people, so they don't end up in the same sad situation. Otherwise why would somebody take time to do this? There are always friends and relatives who will try to lure you in with their "fantastic" reviews. It is your decision. Stay away! Excellent SCAM ARTIST. Zero professionalism and work ethic. Do NOT recommend. Do not trust anything they say.
They will tell you everything you would like to hear and do the complete opposite. Upon signing off on papers we were told everything that was on the papers would be fixed prior to moving. We have been very very patient as we were told they were short of staff months after we moved in still we contact them everyday asking when can the work be done. Soon after we are informed it can not be completed “ as per their boss “. It is ridiculous do not tell us the clients you will do something once you get your money for the home you do not stand by your words. They do not answer calls, take days to respond to emails and if your lucky to reach them they always have an excuse. “ they no longer do this service anymore “. Not to mention how upset I was to find out my appliances I purchased with my own personal money went missing but yet it was delivered to their office and they will not replace it. There warranty is trash because it covers nothing. They will tell you it is not covered per “ warranty “. Everything in our home and my neighbors started falling apart months after the move in. It is terrible! Till today we are fixing there mistakes little by little. They’re basically after your money. Once again if you go with this company it is at your OWN risk. Stay on top of them! Make sure you are there throughout the process. Do NOT trust anything they may say. They are running a business!

I am writing this complaint to warn anybody considering doing business with classic quality homes to consider otherwise. I put down an offer in the beginning of October for one of their new builds, which was accepted within 48 hours. We had the inspection, appraisal and closing scheduled in a timely manner. The closing date was set for October 26th.
On the day of closing, we were informed that the seller no longer would sell us the house even though we signed and notarized all necessary documentation on the closing date as promised. The next day, the seller ignored calls from our realtor as well as from his own. We urged them to continue with selling us the house, and the loan had already been funded. The seller refused without further explanation. We later found out that the seller unethically sold the house from under us to someone for a higher price. Our heart was set on this house. We told the seller if he does not hold up his end of the deal, that we would have no other choice but to seek legal counsel. His response was "sue me". After meeting with several attorneys, we did not proceed with legal action due to the high cost of attorneys we would be responsible for whether we won or lost the case.

We put our hard earned savings, heart and soul into finding and funding our dream home in the Poconos and it was taken from us due to business greed. The emotional and psychological toll it had on my husband and I is difficult to put into words. Not only did we have our dreams taken from us but we also felt our safety had been compromised. We live in a city currently and we were looking forward to our Poconos house to be safer from COVID. This company is a perfect example of corporate greed and business trying to take advantage of hard working innocent people. This company also pushed us further into an extremely competitive real estate market and we have yet to find another home. This act of injustice has done permanent damage for us.

Their homes are gorgeous and I'm definitely trying to get a house from them either this year or next year.

Classic Quality Homes is excellent! The staff went the extra yard and excelled way beyond the call of duty in every aspect! Our experience with Classic Quality Homes is remarkable and I would highly recommend them to build your new/dream home!
