Do not build with classic homes. Once you sign that contract you were literally on your own. Good luck trying to get any help, even though in the contract it states that you have one year with all new builds. I’ve had multiple floods at my house we’ve only been here five months and we have yet to have someone come out to the house absolutely horrible.

Do not build from them! They build very cheap houses than refuse to fix it when you show them. The own who's an older lady is extremely rude and ignorant. My husband had a house built 4 years ago and they never put a fan in the master bathroom. Now we're having to spend thousands to put a proper fan and ventilation in it. AGAIN DO NOT GO WITH THIS BUILDER, SHES THE WORST.

What I liked about classic Quality Homes is they don't pressure you when available. I'll let you see a home that they recently complete it for your consideration. Louis and Renee we're very professional in answering my questions and concerns and wanted a particular homes that we saw was called The Heritage which I love very much so much that this will be the first home that's going to be on my property here in Pennsylvania.

I looked at the competition but what I liked about classic Quality Homes is that they're more comprehensive and dealing with all the concerns that a first-time home buyer may have as well as having the time to answer your questions and concerns. Unlike competitors that were more concerned about how much money you're looking to spend with classic Quality Homes this was never brought up in conversation what was brought up was their dedication to Quality and customer service this is what caused me to select classic Quality Homes they want to build a client relationship not like the other guys.

Firstly I would like to say Dan Brady was our sale representative and treated us like family from the start. The owner of CQH was a blessing, things I thought not possible he OKAYED. I had nothing but POSITIVE outcomes with CQH. CQH have come through for me & my family from day 1 and I closed on a BEAUTIFUL home.

Working with Dan Brady was the best in obtaining the perfect location for our new home. He is a knowledgeable funny down to earth guy. A few glitches here and there; but what would be fun in life if it was perfect.

This is the worst company to ever go to they are robbers I am planning a lawsuit against them immediately I suggest you do not purchase no home from these people they are robbers they will take your down payment there are in it just for your down payment of your money do not trust the owner or none of the workers they are all crooks to be continued

Classic built my home for me and i am very happy with the experience Louis is the bomb straight forward no bs dawn is also great modeling your home i would recommend them to anyone
