We have used Clauser tree service for several years now and appreciate the care they provide to our trees—especially the large oak in our front yard.

Arborist who came out was very knowledgeable. Gave honest opinion on what trees needed fertilization and/or pest control treatments without trying to sell unnecessary services. Also gave good advice on succession planning for an aging shade tree. Competitive pricing and scheduled work, trimming and treatments, in a timely fashion. The crews were professional and did very nice work. I will continue to use and recommend Clauser.

The Clauser estimator arrived on time and gave me an estimate on the spot, that was lower than estimates I’d received from other companies. They accommodated my schedule request and showed up on time to perform the job. They did a great job and cleaned up ALL debris.

Clauser treated two of my mature white birch trees. Quick to return my call, schedule and complete the service. The arborist who quoted the job was knowledgeable and took time to consult with me on many of the trees on my property. He helped me identify work I could do myself as well as those services I needed help with. Clauser is a top-notch company that is a pleasure to do business with.

I had requested Clauser Tree Care to removed all the dead branches on both of my trees (and some of the branches were very large). They did it with care of not damaging other limbs as well as my property. They cleaned up the ground too. I feel it was a professional job, well done. And they will be returning in the Spring/Summer for additional work I want done.

I recently hired Clauser to remove 2 trees and grind the stumps. They were efficient and did a very thorough job with the stump grinding. Also, the quote I was given from them was much more reasonable than another local tree service.

I can't say enough good things about Clauser Tree Care. We have called on them for years for a variety of needs (trimming large trees, removing bushes, grinding stumps, etc.). Their pricing, service, and friendliness are all exceptional.

I have used many tree companies over the years and Clauser always does the best job. Unlike others, they cleaned up well and there wasn’t property damage. Price was good also.

I had tree work done today and Kyle and crew were amazing. They took down one tree and pruned two others. They cleaned up beautifully and were so respectful. Great experience and good value for what we had done. I highly recommend this company for your tree needs.

I would never consider using Clauser after they did work for an adjacent neighbor. The people here the day of the work were nasty and didn’t find it reasonable for me to ask them to park their equipment on the grass of the house they were working on (when there was ample space) rather than damaging mine. They hung around on my deck at 7am talking before getting started and also thought it was unreasonable for me to say I understood they probably needed to be on my property for some things, but this was just inconsiderate… Finally what made me write this review was when their estimator (owner?) came today and had an extremely loud and unprofessional conversation with my neighbors that use them, and didn’t hesitate to think that perhaps others could hear. I want people working at my home that are respectful to both myself and my neighbors and that is why when I had to have the tree work they did cleaned up further, I didn’t even consider them in my selection.

*In response to your comment. No, unless you also own Willow Tree Care you are not still used by my neighbor either. They successfully completed a much larger job here for the same neighbor last week and managed to respect all neighboring properties. Clearly you seem to think all that matters is who hired you but creating an issue with neighbors is indeed a factor. The workers you had here WERE indeed rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. You cannot tell someone they have to allow you access to their property, there is no easement, but that’s not my major gripe with you. My request was to remove the several thousand pound equipment you had parked in my yard rather than hers. We have the same amount of space. There was ZERO reason for you to not respect that. But then again you’re responding to something you weren’t even here for. Furthermore you skipped the part about the unprofessionalism while here most recently. AND failed to mention you all had to come back recently to fix a job that was half done… and best of all, they aren’t continuing to use your services! Someone else has been brought in!

I have used Clauser services in the past and after having used several other tree services, I wouldn’t use anyone else. They have a professional staff and experienced tree technicians that do the job right the first time. From the first call for a job to trim back a 50’ oak and remove branches over my home, Andrew was out within days to assess the work and provide a thoughtful quote that we were fully satisfied receiving. Within 3 weeks the team was out and spent several hours doing the job to our complete satisfaction while taking care to treat our property like it was their own. My wife and I could not be more satisfied! Clauser Tree, really does Care.

I have been using Clauser Tree Care for several years. I need them to trim my long row of Arborviteas. The guys did exactly what I wanted. The guys also did a great job at cleaning up the debris in my yard and my neighbors yard. I will continue to use Clauser Tree Care.

It was about 3-4 years since I last had my 4 large oaks and 1 gigantic river birch thinned out and trimmed up. So, I called the tree service I used about 4 times previously. What I didn't know was that company had changed hands and I didn't know them from Adam. I did searches through the various consumer reco sites and remember I saw Clauser trucks in the area so I called them for a quote. They immediately sent out an Arborist, Andrew, no amateur, he knew his stuff, with the company a very long time, discussed his recommendations and even made recos on some other trees/shrubs I had which I were working on myself. He worked on the quote right then and there, no "emailing later" or "in a few days", right then and there. The quote was very, very fair, gave me a senior discount, explained the small print at the bottom of the quote sheet. He said they would be out in 2-3 weeks and I would get a call. They called on day 12 and were there on day 13 to do the work. AND, the work was a lot. The crew who came were professional, courteous, genuine nice guys who took great caution with the many pieces of furniture and gardens and landscape lights around some of the trees. They left the place spotless, the work looked excellent, we are trying to save 2 severely damaged trees with dead-wooding, trimming, thinning and deep root fertilization. Hopefully that will work itself out by next summer. I will 100% reco these people and will use them again. And, Diana in the office was a pleasure to work with also!

Request removal of two trees close to power lines. Waited 10 weeks for Peco to turn off the power. With the help of a crane the two trees were removed, and the brush was ground up and hauled away. The stumps were also ground up the next day, leaving the site clean and tidy with no evidence of activity. The staff were all very professional and helpful. Considering everything the price seemed very fair.
I used another company for some work on a pin oak and they left damage to the lawn and tree trunk, so I'm looking forward to using Clauser tree care again in the future without hesitation. Thank you Clauser tree care for the fair pricing and care taken.

Clauser Tree Service was an excellent choice for tree service. They helped us figure out how to best approach our tree removal and trimming needs. They gave us the best quote and did a great job including the thorough clean up you could not even tell they were there. Great all around service!
