Jeff and Chris are wonderful to work with. We couldn't ask for two great gentlemen to help us through the ups and downs. They got us to closing and can't wait for construction to start.

I worked with Jeff, he was very patient and answered all of my questions (even if they were dumb ones) very thoroughly. Him as well as Chris were a great help. He should me different models and how each would look. Took the time to listen to what we needed/wanted. Would recommend working with Jeff.

We were never able to get a reply in moving forward on property we had found or on the house we had chosen, maybe this was for the best any way, the company it's self has a reputation of being racist, so we definitly did not want to rock the boat with folks who would hate us for no reason at all. After a couple of emails and no reply we just felt best to move forward in another direction with a company who wants to deal with all kinds of people, never want to deal with anything like that again.

Greetings, Clayton Homes Homies! We wanted to take a bit of time to sing the praises of our experience with you in buying an awesome new home for our family to love forever and ever. It would take far less time to write the negative moments, because there were none. Although there were many persons in the mix, no doubt, we're moved to mention those with whom we were in constant contact throughout the entire ride.
We are so grateful to Kat, who would answer all our calls (there were so many!), with kindness and humor, every step of the way. Kat is a rock star! Props to "Mr. Kat" and his team of craftsmen as well.
And, of course, there is Chris. He addressed all of our concerns, regardless of magnitude, with a manner of professionalism and consideration that afforded us an ease of mind that never waivered. He is bright, diligent, and just a pleasure to deal with. We grew to rely on him: it just makes sense to us!
Many thanks to Hannah, as well. She listens to our service concerns and is on point immediately with solutions. Those solutions often appear in the form of Mike, the handy-dandy master of "fix it"!
Wrapping this up, we thank you all at Clayton for the smooth path to our new doorstep. You made sure we mattered. What more can one hope for?

Jeff is very nice and very informative. For a first time home buyer Clayton is the one stop shop, and the price is the best around!

The lack of customer service astounds me.

When we arrived, the only thing Kathleen asked was what we were approved for as far as financing. This was a complete turnoff because I had been emailing her our approvals from the 4 different lenders and stated that although we were approved for high amounts, we weren't going to spend that much. Kathleen should have had that information and ready to show us units in our budget. It's like we weren't talking for weeks on end about what we were looking for?

Before we took a 2 hour trip, I emailed and asked how many models were actually available to view. When we got there, we were able to go through 2. The ones we inquired about weren't even put together yet. Others were already sold. Kathleen sent us out without a key and said she wanted to show us a few but in the meantime to go out on the lot and go through a few.without a key. We got into 1 because we waited until the last people went through and were coming out.

My fiance came back into the office to get a key, we got into 1 other that wasn't sold. We weren't told if we should go through sold units, so we didn't. By that time it was raining and Kathleen still didn't come out to show us what she told us she had to show us.

Finally, completely disgusted that we drove 2 hours to receive awful customer service, my fiance brought the key back and asked Kathleen if she could email us floor plans with drywall AND to let us know when the Sweet Breeze or others that were not put together. She said you would. That was almost a month ago and we STILL have nothing from her.

We are still on a search for a modular home, but not from Clayton of Bloomsburg. Experience was horrible.
