Clean Juice, Wexford PA

I placed an order online at 5: 01 PM to be picked up at 5: 30 pm. I paid w/ my debit card and was charged. When I arrived at the Wexford location to pick up the order that I ALREADY PAID FOR, the store was closed w/ a handwritten note that it had closed early at 4 pm. I should've never even been able to place the order online in the first place. My family was screwed for our dinner plans. Very disappointed!

EDIT 6/11/2022: Management made it right by apologizing and refunding me the next day while also giving me a credit to use in the future. They were prompt in responding and trying to smooth things over which is much appreciated.

Had a new girl working all alone. Too 30 minutes to get an order and then the manager/owner can in and was so rude. They were also using brown celery to juice with. Don’t know how fresh the veggies are. So sad. Also sent almost 100.00. To be exact my bill was 83.00. I will next go back.

Absolutely love this place! Best organic smoothies and sandwiches around. Always quick service and super friendly. Great fast food for the body!

Good food and customer service but over priced. Got an upcharge for not having ice. Just think I should have gotten more food for the price.

Becca and Roberto are awesome. We had some issues and Becca jumped in and went above and beyond to make it right. We will be back… all the time! The smoothies and wraps were outstanding!

Great place to snag a juice! I called ahead to grab a cleanse and was super happy with the juice itself and the staff

I loved this place! Great smoothies, great service! I got the orange creamsicle- it was thick, not sugary, didn’t make me regret it halfway through like other places, it was perfect! Cute decor, VERY CLEAN, and nice fella behind the counter very helpful!

This is my third time coming to this store and I’m always satisfied with the staff and there service. They answer all my questions and accommodate my orders. They are great!

Great place! Loved the fresh, unique juices we got. We will be stopping again soon.

Love this shop! Fresh, healthy juices and the best smoothies - not too sweet and you can tell they use quality ingredients.

This place is awesome. It is always clean, and they serve the type of menu items that you feel good about eating. It is healthy but still tasty. I always stop here when I am in Wexford!

Had never been. Had many questions due to dietary concerns. The juiceristas were so friendly, knowledgeable, and HELPFUL that I was impressed! (Wish I had thought to get their names for a personalized shout out.) They tailored the drink to my needs without blinking an eye. I walked out happy! (Even though I had no idea a smoothie cost $$! Why is good food so pricey when junk is so cheap? !) I would still return in a minute because of the FANTASTIC customer service and attention. The smoothie was delicious too!

Solid place for organic and healthy smoothies and açaí bowls. We ordered the nutty bowl and the double one smoothie. Both were good portion sizes for the price. I feel like this place needs to exist for Wexford, but it does have a chain feeling. That works in the suburbs though. Was turned off by the prayer requests and religious mentions. But I would recommend this place as you get what you expect. And it’s nice to know there’s a nearby spot serving up some natural smoothie products that aren’t pumped with sugar and other yucks.

PLEASE Let me know when you are letting people in The store WITHOUT a muzzle on and I’ll return!

RESPONSE- so until all of your employees are vaccinated the mask policy will still be in place? What a sad response to an outdated mask policy based upon BS and not facts! My family will NEVER return!

I will not go back to the Wexford location. I have been here many times and there is literally always something wrong. However, because there aren’t many açaí bowl places nearby, my daughter drags me here. Today they had no spoons. The teenage boy offered me a fork. There were four teenagers working and a grocery store in the complex. Why wouldn’t one of them run and buy spoons? For the ridiculously overpriced food they serve, there should be spoons. They need an older manager. It’s kids cooking, and honestly, while they are nice kids, they need training on efficiency and customer service.

First time at clean juice. Used the (very intuitive) app. Acai bowl and kids smoothie were ready when I arrived and the young lady working there was very friendly. Enjoyed the bowl very much and will be back soon to sample more items. You get what you pay for folks.

I'm addicted to the breakfast and lunch bowls, quick and nutritious when I'm running between appointments and errands. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Great healthy alternative.

I love Clean Juice Wexford and I would recommend it to anyone. Their juices and smoothies are always so good and fresh, and their pre-bottled juices are awesome also. They have great salads and their avocado toast is a favorite! Also, everyone that works there is always so nice and helpful.
