7I had appointment today for the new sub shot this would be my third week getting It and doctor flora refused to give me the shot without telling me why so now I'm at risk of relapsing because she doesn't want to do her job then why does she work here I been in the program for 3 years now and I have to fight to get the shot so I can get off of them now I feel like going to get high where is the help
Absolutely horrible service. Doctors don't send scripts over when they say they are. They don't work with your schedule and makes it impossible to reschedule. Just absolutely horrible experience and looking to switch places asap. Not professional at all and don't put patients needs first. I would go anywhere but here if your looking to go on suboxone.
Dr. Bruce Hopper is unprofessional and rude. He alone is enough to make a person relapse. He don't care about these patients. All He cares about degrading and demeaning others. I think he needs to be reminded he's running a medical practice not a prison. Reporting this institution to the PA board of health.
Christina at the front desk was polite and extremely helpful. Even after I was a little rude, she went above and eyond to make sure my prescription got filled.
Quit and will never turn back, Diana Watts (New Center Manager) wasn’t even there for 90 days and turned that location upside down, the way she talk to her staff and patients is ridiculous, it’s been on many occasions I witnessed this lady scream at patients and be rude knowing these patients are not all there and are addicted to alcohol and or drugs, for someone to act this way towards people is unacceptable, before she was hired everything was great…. Then as time progressed everyone started dropping like flies… this location will always have a high staff turnover as long as this woman is employed there and it will keep being a revolving door. I always wondered why she left her last place of employment and this may be the reason why.
Very nice and clean facility. Very impressed with how fast I was out of there especially for my first visit and staff was nice and polite especially Christine at the desk in the back.
