Cleanzen Cleaning Services, Philadelphia PA

Sadly, I was left very unsatisfied from their services. I booked a move-out deep clean for a completely empty house after a tenant moved out. My original appointment was for a Friday afternoon. I greeted the cleaners, who were kind, and stayed for about 10 minutes before saying I was leaving and asked them to turn things off and lock the door behind them. When I returned two days later, nearly every light and fan, including bathroom exhaust fans had been left on. The cleaning was far below expectations, as there was still pieces of trash like pens and hair clips left in the open, dust bunnies in closets, and toilets that still had water line stains on them. When I reached out, I was told to send pictures of the areas missed and sent about 10 pictures, including hair clumps in shower drains and corners filled with sawdust. I was told I could have a “free reclean” for three days later. I requested a different provider and was told it was company policy to send the same provider, but was guaranteed it would be fixed. At the reclean, I again greeted the same provider and we discussed the issue. And again, even after the reclean and pictures, maybe 50% of the areas were improved. I return to find the same clumps of hair in showers from the previous tenant and same clumps of dirt in closets. For a $350 deep clean, it was definitely not the service I expected.

Beware. ~500 dollars (don't forget tip!) for a 5 hr "deep cleaning" that leaves dust on the windowsills and desks, no tools to get paint dust out of baseboard cracks, no tools to clean carpet stains. I must have misunderstood the word "deep. " I've paid 80 dollars before for an equivalent job.
Update: they wanted me to pay another 200 after (I did not) for their waiting around while I took recyclables to the dump 5 min away.

Our cleaners were on time, respectful, thorough yet worked quickly, and did an outstanding job on our apartment. We will 100% be requesting Karla’s team in the future.

Viviane was doing a great job! My kitchen was a mess (literally, a mess) and I didn’t expect her to do much honestly. However when she finished, I was shocked because not only she cleaned all those areas (the stove is a pain) but also organized my stuffs and it looks sooo nice now. Thank you!

The two people who came did a great job. The house looks (and smells) great, they were efficient, careful, and as nice as could be. Cleanzen arranged their services and made the process very easy and straightforward. It is pretty expensive, but worth the occasional treat if you're lucky enough to be able to do it.

After a renovation project, I needed a thorough cleaning of my home. The service provided was above and beyond my expectations. I did not find one speck of dust anywhere after the house was cleaned. Highly recommend their services!

Priced around 215 with taxes for our studio apartment move out cleaning. Was quick and easy to book over the phone. I called several companies but this was the first place to accommodate our request for cleaning on a Sunday.

Oven not properly cleaned. Chemicals were used in the oven that left stains that wasn't there before. They stalled to get more money. Used our cleaning supplies after they ran out. Would not recommend. I called them and have not received a call back. They only respond when it involves getting more money. The worse company

I asked for cleanzen to do a movie-in/move-out cleaning. I got Adriano's Team and they were very responsible. They contacted me the night before to ensure they had the right location and confirmed with a photo. My arrival window was 8-9 am and they arrived on time at 8 am. They were very accommodating when my building wouldn't let them go up until 9 AM. They thoroughly cleaned my apartment and were very efficient. The price through cleanzen was also the best price I got after calling around and I am very happy with the service. If I was still in the area, I would definitely hire them again.

Adriano exceeded my expectations with tidying up my home. They were able to clean spaces that I had struggled with removing stains, organized the kitchen space, and left The entire house visually pleasing. They used quality cleaners that left behind a good, natural sent versus anything strong and industrial. I look forward to utilizing their services again.

Adriano's team was great they came on time and did a great job. We just bought a house that had been unoccupied for 4 months so it was pretty dusty and dirty, Adriano's team clean every inch of the house. Now we feel comfortable and ready to move in.

The company was very quick with responses and the website was really easy to use. They also text messaged which works really well for me. We got a deep clean of the house with Keila and Aldalto’s team. They did an amazing job and the house looks cleaner than it looked in years lol.
