We go every year love the area and the shows at the fair. Was unhappy with the tickets for the rides this year instead of included in the price of entry

The fair was nice and had tons of food vendors. Also, the animal exhibits were very good. The tractor pulls, however, had tons of trucks, but only 5 tractors. If you're looking for truck pulls, this is your event.

We went to the 2023 fair. Variety of food options, good music, nice time all around. Cant wait to see what a new company brings next year.

Seems much smaller than years passed and seems like there is less attendance.
Gate admission is cheap though and the food we had was still wonderful.
I also enjoyed jamming out to the concert even though I didn't actually watch it.

This fair needs a serious revamp. It needs a better mix of vendors. If I could do it myself I'd structure it more like an arts festival with rides and the farm shows. I'd limit the same type of food vendors and try to attract different things. I've been now 3x, twice pre covid. It would take major changes to come back and enjoy it. The fair seems to get decent entertainment acts but lacks all the other good parts. I get it's an ag fair but a lot could be done to step it up

Come on down to Arner's fries on the corner. (Red white and blue stand) Best in the fair. Always a good time.

A lot bigger than what it looked. They bring in some pretty big name bands. The stage is not far from the stands and the sound is much better than I anticipated. I'm glad I took a chance on this one. Parking was super easy to find and traffic was not an issue getting out.

The walk all paths need paved. If using a walker it is unsafe. I almost flipped my walker and using a manual wheelchair is hard because the walking areas are not safe. The worst part was Ted Nugent and his mouth on politics. I went to hear his music. Politics and music don't belong together. I left 4 songs and left

Great concert venue! Keep the rock bands coming in the future. My husband and I attended both Tesla and Ted Nugent this year! We've been seeing great bands for years at your fair!

Lots of good foods and a good concert. A lot has changed since I was a kid going to Clearfield fair. Was worth the trip there.

Going to the fair is ok, so much is over priced, but you can't pass on that delicious fair food!

We went to the fair to see Tesla had a great time. It was an excellent concert. We bought a 50/50 ticket when we were there and when we checked the ticket 2 days later we saw that we had won it. We won $652.50 so that made it even better. We had to drive 3 hours round trip to pick up our check, but it was worth it.

I love going to concerts here. The Upstage Music Fest is so much fun! I give it 5 stars. If that wasn't also held here, I'd be rating it a 1. But there's no separate map point for the fair. This year's county fair was ridiculous. It was only $5 to get in, but an additional $20 to ride. That's a $17 upcharge from last year. At $8 for admission including rides.they tripled the price. I know there are nationwide inflation problems, but that's just pure greed & the outright exploitation of inflation. And they didn't even have many rides either. They wanted $20 from my 3 year old & there was only about 4 things she could ride. There was no Pirate Ship, Matterhorn or any feature ride for the adventurous ones either. Usually there's at least 1 really cool, big ride. My older kids rode the Octopus (Tornado) several times because there wasn't much else going on. The fair board should be absolutely embarrassed & ashamed of themselves for being so greedy & deceitful. It was posted in the paper that the admission was cheaper, yet they failed to mention it was highway robbery to ride. They were too busy patting themselves on the back to remember to warn parents about what a huge expense the rides were. Those of us with many children couldn't attend as many days as usual because we were uninformed, unprepared & unwilling to pay 3x's as much for half the rides. Technically we physically had the money to go another day.but it's just not practical or responsible to pay prices that high, especially given the selection of rides. There were probably a lot of people that just absolutely didn't even have that much money. It's the kids who were the most effected by it & they deserve a public apology from the fair board imho.

20 dollars for what? To watch a carny bite his lip at me and say something in another language that I don't know of?

I should not have had to pay to park, I had ground tickets to the concert. I tried to explain it to the guy taking the money, that I was exempt from paying to park!

We only go on Sundays because it is free to get in. The fair is getting smaller and smaller each year, need to stop charging so much to get in.

Very disappointed that the county hasnt used the heavy machinery they have available for at least leveling the sites.
It would also be nice to upgrade the $25 per night spaces from 15-20 amp plugs to at least 30amp.
We stopped for two nights, tried getting level but this proved very difficult and rather than pay that price for iffy electric, left and found an expensive RV park. Not recommended to run a 13,500 a/c on household plugs.

Show barns are in horrible condition. I stayed there in 2016 showing horses during fair weeks and two weeks later developed histoplasmosis, a rare autoimmune fungal disease that I got sleeping in the horse barn between our two mares and their foals. Its now 2023 and Im still extremely sick. Even though it was reported through both county and state agencies by my surgeon they continue to allow people to sleep in the barns during fair. Its disgusting

Was there for food trucks no restrooms open, no tables clean to eat off of, no place to wash hands
