Clemens Excavating & Septic Service, Telford PA

Called to see availability of a septic tank clean out. Said I would call back to confirm. They went ahead and sent someone out WITHOUT my permission. Then charged me for it and when I didn't pay because I never asked for the service they reported me to a collections agency. Affecting my credit score for a service that I absolutely never gave permission for. Totally ridiculous that I have to now jump through red tape to show the incompetence of the person who decided and inquiry for availability was a work order. Ridiculous

Office staff, scheduling and appointment time was perfect for a pump out of the primary holding tank. We were charged extra for a cleaning of the pump chamber as well as an inspection - well that wasn't done. Our effluent pump (sand mound) went out last week, I called Friday but Clemens was not open on Good Friday. I called another local septic company who came out to inspect the situation and what do you know.after the grey water was pumped out, we all inspected the entire chamber which was full of sludge and has been that way for years and years. The concrete lid spacer was also allowing ground water to leak in too.

Clemens - pay more attention to detail, a pump chamber full of sludge and a stream of water pouring in is going to shorten the life of the pump and clog up the sand mound. I swear I feel like I need to freaking supervise every last thing that goes on around here from now on.
