Clepper Manor, Sharon PA

I recently became the Administrator at Clepper Manor and I'm extremely excited about working with everyone here. It's great working with a group of people that bring positive energy to this building.

The staff & administration deeply care for their residents and provide top care. Colleagues work as a team to provide a great experience tor all residents and a great work environment for employees. Great place to work and great place for your loved one to stay.

I have been employed here just shy of 3 months. I love coming into work every day to positive and friendly coworkers and residents. It's inspiring to work in a collaborative environment where everyone has the same motive.

I have been working here since late August of 2022. We have in that time made great strides in making Clepper a better place to not only work but a great place for our residents to live.

Absolutely love being the new activity director! I couldnt have asked for better resident, they're fun and amazing & the staff is super helpful!

If you want to work at a place where you aren’t listen to, treated like you know nothing, talked smack on all the time. Then go work there. If not RUN! I don’t recommend this place to work at or have a family member in. Had to give a star to post. I wouldn’t even give it a 1

I absolutely love clepper manor I’ve been at this facility back and forth for almost 4 years I love the staff there great I highly recommend

This place is terrible the doctor literally told us if we took my great aunt back to this place she would have died that’s terrible she fell and broke ribs and they didn’t even notify the family please do Not send a loved one here whatever you do find somewhere else if you can I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy I hope the staffs loved ones receives the same care they give the other people in place it’s terrible.
