Cliff worked his way up from a shoe shine to own his own shoe repair company AND he's a great guy who supports his community.

I literally just picked up some boots from them that were separating from the sole. I wore them today and they were separating again, after I paid $30 to have them repaired. Save your money

They agreed to remove a crease from my leather boots so that the bend would stop pinching my foot in that spot, and they had me pay for something that they did not deliver on. After following a youtube video I was able to solve the issue for myself.

Best shoe repair in Philly, reasonable prices, great work, with trip from S. Philly. Just picked up my Bass Weejuns that were badly in need of new half soles, what a wonderful job. Not only gave me new soles, but restored the whole shoe to look like new.

Brought a pair of heels for a simple repair. They destroyed the leather. They made choppy stitches, left threads hanging off, put holes were there weren't holes, ripped the leather and then crazy glued it together. I had to take my shoes to be repaired from the damage that was caused.

Great atmosphere, great job. They have professional machinery and good products. I have gotten my shoes repaired, new soles installed, stretched, taps removed the list goes on and on. They also do leather repair for bags and belts.

I had a pair of summer shoes that only needed a small strap to be glued and he charged me $30 for one shoe. Didn't cleaned to expecessive glue off the shoe. Too expensive.
