Very poor service. No courtesy reminder call or text and would not reschedule my appointment when I had to miss due to family emergency. In fact dropped me as a potential patient. Extremely discourteous!

I had some issues with my health, Dr Sahu saw me within an hour of my call, he scheduled my colonoscopy within 2 weeks, and the entire process and staff was very accommodating, supportive, professional and helpful! I would recommend Clinical Gastrointestinal Associates to all of my family and friends!

My mom was in the hospital and the hematologist ask this group to address her concerns and they refused to help on multiple requests. Very unprofessional treatment. Also I called their office 3 times to get an explanation on why they wouldn’t help my mom and they never returned my call. Also Bridget never called back even after I stressed my concerns…. Stay away from these “Dr”…. Their license should be revoked

Horrible experience
Doctor visited me in hospital and without doing anything walked off stating that she had no idea why the Hospital asked her to visit me. This was on July 2,2020. Suddenly on 09/08/2021 (after 1+ year), I get a bill.they never sent a bill prior. Not sure what is going on but even though the Dr that visited me stated that she could not do anything and walked away, hospital still wanted me to visit their office. What's going on? Is this just for billing? Also why bill after 14+ months? The billing office finally called me and stated that they could bill anytime before 7 years. Mismanagement at its best!

Very professional and kind! Dr. Darren Andrade was very informative with a gentle demeanor. I was nervous about the procedure and he reassured me! I also was given pills for prep! I heard the drink is awful, so I was very pleased! Definitely recommend! The staff was very friendly as was the procedure center.

Office was extremely rude regarding a call to discuss a bill, to the point they actually hung up the phone when I contacted them regarding an invoice for $57 which they sent to collections (yeah, absurd) that is purportedly from a hospital stay in 2019.
When I asked them for the address they attempted to send my bill to, they first listed my former spouse from 16 years ago (?), then the hospital address (note that each and every other provider sent invoices to the correct address).
Ultimately, the staffer said that if I had received my insurance EOB's (which I did), then I should have received their bill (which I did not). Office decided to discontinue billing attempts at their convenience during the 2020 pandemic year, and resumed 2021 by sending collection notices without attempting to locate patients physical address. Conclusion, office staff is rude, and could care less about maintaining a patients credit and repuration, I would be cautious to use this office when possible.

Do not waste your time going to this office. I have seen both Dr. Sahu and Dr. Braun at this location.

Both of these doctors do not care about the well being of their patients. They are rude and dismissive of their patients' medical concerns. Dr. Sahu has even yelled at me for asking him to look into a medical condition that it was later determined that I have.

The office staff is not good about getting back to patients and the office is disorganized.

This is not how medical professionals should be treating patients. Go find a different doctor.

I have rarely ever done this, but am fuming at the moment. I called to schedule an appointment and the first available was 2/18 (President's Day) so I asked the duration of the consult since I would need to bring my kids. Was told 20 minutes. Great, they could wait that long so I took the appointment.

I arrive and all goes well at first. Called back pretty quickly, but then we waited 45 minutes for the Dr to come in. I had already stopped out at the desk to ask if everything was alright or if I needed to reschedule. I did not get an apology or acknowledgement of the lack of timeliness when he arrived either. The following 15 minute conversation was quipped and condescending. The information given was obviously not knowledgeable for the conditions my PCP wanted to have evaluated either. I decided to seek a second opinion (in 2 weeks) and cancel my scheduled procedures as I don't trust this specialist.

Come to find out that others have had similar & varying HORRIFIC experiences. Then I check my EOBs on insurance today and find they charged me for a 1+ hour consult. For 15 minutes AFTER being 45 minutes late. Absolutely NOT! I have a HDHP and refuse to pay for an inaccurate/wrong claim. I have already submitted a complaint to insurance and calling billing this morning.
