Clinton Lake

We have enjoyed our time at Clinton Lake and hate that we have to leave. Our experience from beginning to end has been terrific. Nina made the process seamless and easy. Anytime we had a question or issue she was quick to respond! Also a high five to Ron who has helped us with a few minor issues. Once was a Saturday where he was onsite very quickly after we contacted the service. Both Nina and Ron have been terrific we will miss them!

Clinton Lake has been a great place to call home for almost - year and a half! Nina and Ron always go above and beyond when help is needed, or for any questions that need answered. The walking trails, the pool, and the gym are all kept in great shape along with the rest of the property. The community is quite and have made great friends here since moving in. Clinton Lake deserves 5 stars and A+ from me!

We enjoy living at Clinton Lakes very much. The property manager Nina Trimble is always friendly and helpful and Ron the maintenance man is always eager to help with any problems that arise with the home. The lawn care is very consistent and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. No complaints

Living in this community has been the best. Its quiet, no through traffic and the neighbors are awesome!

Dont forget about Ron and Nina! Ron knows his stuff and quick with repairs. Nina loves getting everyone together by planning events and even inviting local restaurants to complex. This promotes community engagement not just for the businesses but the residents too!

Nina has made my moving experience simple / easy to the best of her capabilities and has been very helpful throughout the whole process!

We lease a townhouse at Clinton Lake for corporate employees to stay while conducting training in our district. Our experience has been wonderful thus far! Property manager Nina Trimble and maintenance engineer Ron Lewis have been amazing at keeping us informed, answering questions and providing prompt service on any maintenance requests. We couldn’t be happier to have Clinton Lake for our corporate townhouse!

It was a great neighborhood and the school district is great! However, the move out process is a little frustrating. Nina did her best even with disagreements. Again not a bad neighborhood and school district but the fees can get a bit pricey however we managed! Move out was smooth and Ron and Nina provided great service in the end. Thank Again!

Clinton lake is a small, very quiet and peaceful community that is very family friendly. Love the location. Ronny the maintenance man is always very quick to respond to the maintenance requests and very polite. Nina, the property manager, is very helpful and responds to emails very fast!

Ever since we moved into Clinton Lake we have loved it! It’s a perfect little community in a great location. Nina and Ron are the best, very receptive to any issues and they take care of them as quick as they can. I couldn’t recommend Clinton Lake enough!

I have a fantastic experience living at Clinton Lake Townhomes. The property is impeccably clean, and the spacious townhomes come with generous yard space and big garages. The sense of community is wonderful; everyone in the neighborhood is incredibly friendly. The property manager, Nina Trimble, is exceptional, always attentive and responsive. Special kudos to Ron, the maintenance guy, who is consistently reliable. I couldn't be happier with my choice to call this place home!

I have lived at Clinton Lake for about a month, and working with Nina made the move in seamless and easy. Working with Ron has been incredible as well, helping out with all the necessary things that need to be done around the home. They are both cooperative and extremely helpful in every situation that I have needed.

We just moved in and Nina made it so smooth and easy for us. Ron is awesome. He is quick to get want we need and get the job done right! We love it here.

We have lived here for 6 months and so far no complaints. We love the community, side walks, park and pool. Ron and Nina have both been wonderful and promptly fix any problems we have.

I have been living here for almost 4 years now. I have nothing but great things to say about Nina the manager and Ron the maintenance staff person. Every issue has been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I had one issue with a neighbor which I thought was not going to be able to be corrected. I had thoughts of moving out before I even talked to Nina because I did not think she would be able to do anything about it legally. So my wife finally said just talk to Nina about it and within one day she corrected the problem, unbelievable! We love the kids play area for the grandkids and the swimming pool and fitness center which is open 24 hours a day. It is a very beautiful and well-maintained community with no through traffic which is great if you have kids.

Ron is awesome! He came through quick fixed, addressed, resolved some repairs at my townhouse. He always goes up ans beyond with everything does it with a smile.

Ron and Nina is willing to communicate with deaf family as well.

Been here almost a year. It's a really nice community. Ron and Nina are very responsive and prompt with any issues that do arise. Definitely visit and check the area out if you are considering moving here.

My Husband and I have been residing here at Clinton Lakes for 6 years. These apartments are in a great location for us. The maintenance and office staff (Ron & Nina) are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. We have loved our time here at Clinton Lakes.
