In working with Cliveden, seeing the time and care they have for every single patient, they are Very professional!

My brother was in Cliveden rehab for a month and the experience could not have been any better. I needed to do all communication by phone because of covid 19 and needed to be able to get through to his nurses station at any time of day. There was never a time I could not get through. The main receptionist always answered, 24 hours a day. Mary at reception is exceptional! ! ! The nurses on the first floor at the covid unit were all amazing. Especially Katrina. I could always get to a nurse when I called. All the food was very good. He enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner. They would get him something different if he wanted it. His social worker Shannon was great to work with. I could always talk with her. A pleasure to talk to. From day one to the discharge I really could not believe the ease with how anything I needed for my brother while he was in a covid unit was received for him. From Mary the receptionist to every nurse I dealt with on that first floor to Shannon the social worker. My brother has schizophrenia and imagine what what stress it was to not be able to just walk in and do it in person. I needed these strangers to help me over the phone. And there was not a phone call over the period of 30 days that I was not satisfied with. And I called a lot! ! ! I read some of the negative comments about Cliveden on their website from people. But I am here to let you know that if you have a loved one in Cliveden just know that my brother for over 30 days had great care in a covid unit where he could have no outside visitors and depended on a staff that I feel did a great job! Thank you to all the Cliveden staff that kept my brother healthy and safe. From a very appreciative family.

I went to visit my mother yesterday, and it is uncomfortably hot in her room so I brought her a little table fan. I walked in with the fan in my hand, and no one said anything, but upon leaving with the box in my hand I was stopped at the front desk by a very rude older woman who told me that it wasn't permitted and it needed to be taken out her room. There is no professionalism in the entire place, once I signed in I wasn't given any information on what room she was in, how to find her, I was on my own. She has to get out of that place immediately.

Clean and efficient. The caregivers, food handlers and maintenance staff are second to none. Bless them all

Just a little warning: If you use these services; please make sure you constantly check on your loved one. If the family doesn't care; they won't either.

Good Afternoon, My Father passed while under the care of Cliveden Nursing Home on 2/16. His time of death was at 9: 49pm. However, his family wasn't notified until 11: 30pm (he was there alone; dead for two hours before we received notification. They contacted their Chaplain before the family). When the family finally arrived to remove him, the family was shown no compassion, and was firmly told that we had 3 hours to do what we needed to do. We were informed that Cliveden personnel were skilled and very compassionate, however during our most time of need; we received none. We were with him on the 8th of Feb. Yet, when we went to remove him, he looked to have been neglected for a few days actually. I admonish you to please not let this level of negligence happen to anyone else under your care. We've called you all, and tried to express our concern. Since we've heard nothing from anyone yet, regarding the matter, we are being forced to take higher measures.

My mother has been there for less than 24 hours and I can already tell it's a horrible facility. When we entered the facility, the receptionist gave us no direction on where to go. My mother pushed the button for the nurse and it took 20 minutes for someone to show up. The TV doesn't even have a remote. I'm already looking to get her transferred because I don't want to see how bad it can get.

Terrible facility. The staff don’t care about the residents. They had my grandmother in the same diaper since 9 am and it was after 9 pm when she told me. I don’t like the way they treat my grandmas roomate either. Most of the staff has an attitude. I have more stories on Why this facility is so terrible and my grandma has been there for less than a week so far. I can’t wait to get her transferred to another facility because this one is a ratchet hot mess!

It's a shame the staff isn't bad but they have some new people that your un sure of but administration unorganized and liars about what you expect

This is my second time coming to Cliveden for skilled rehab, again I have been receiving excellent care and wouldn't choose to go anywhere else. All departments are helpful ranging from recreational therapy, physical therapy, and of course nursing. Glenn from Rec. Therapy is awesome, all of nursing has been good to me but especially Dawn, Deena, Julia, and Denise. I would tell anyone who needs to to come here.

People be lying Cliveden nursing home is nasty and so is the staffs no stars for me.people wanna get paid but not do there jobs all the staff do is talk about there personal life at work standing around in a huddle and don’t check on the patients as needed.a lot of those places need to be shut down And Cliveden need to be on that list.

My experience at Cliveden was perfect. Everyone from nursing, therapy, kitchen staff (which served great food) etc, was great. Of course the great care/service helped but everyone's kindness made it that much better.

Staff seemed uninterested. Patients trying to find a exit. No one was where they needed to be. Night staff is highly questionable an the handling of personal finances is atrocious. Some good workers cant say all.

My time at Cliveden was great. The biggest thing I can say is the whole entire team here is very pleasant. They all work together which makes everything much easier for us residents. Like I said everyone was great, but Lakisha and Pebbles especially helped me. I'll always recommend Cliveden

I came to Cliveden for rehabilitation, I was treated like a queen. All staff was wonderful, from the cna's, doctors, therapy etc, everyone was so good to me. The food was great as well, just another added benefit of being here. I would recommend to anyone

This place is horrible. They leave your loved one sitting in urine for hours, don't assist when needed, bring your hot food to you cold and don't show any care what so ever. My loved one will be leaving this place.

This is the worst place ever. The nurses and assistants do not want to work. My grand pop and his roommate have had their phones, money, and other personal items stolen. They lost my grand pop glasses and never replaced them. I walked in today and he had a busted bag with feces all over him, no one around to help. No one here is really here for the patients, they treat them like trash and neglect. Please do not send your loved ones here.

My mother in law received excellent care at Cliveden. The therapy deptartment worked hard at achieving her discharge goals, which were all met by discharge safely to home!

This place is horrible! Don't take your love ones there. Nurses are disrespectful and they don't care about the patients. The build is nasty! Not friendly place at all.

I will be getting my father moved from this facility. They are under staffed and over worked. Which leads to your loved one not being cared for. Before you settle on this place please look for another nursing home & rehab. PS it's one star because there is no option for ZERO!
