Scott did very poor workmanship on my grandfather clock, he is an amateur and has very little experience. He gave me a nasty attitude and was not very nice; considering I spent thousands of dollars on clock repairs I thought good customer service was a given. Don't waste your time or energy and go somewhere else where they appreciate their customers.

The Clock Repair Studio Is the only place I'll take any clocks needing repair or adjustment. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The service was timely (no pun intended), and reasonably priced. A great experience.

I recently needed repairs on our old cuckoo clock and was truly blessed to find Scott and his clock repair services. For a younger man he is packed with experience that began with an apprenticeship and then became a passion and career. All of us with older clocks should grateful. He repaired our old clock beautifully and in a short period of time. Such a joy to have the clock home in time for the holidays to “cuckoo” for our grandchildren. I HIGHLY recommend Scott and his services. If fact, we also have an old mantle clock that has been in our family for a few generations that I am bringing him next week.

I can’t believe I never posted a review for Scott & his skills. I brought him a somewhat sad mid century Seth Thomas Countess wall clock to refurbish. I was not disappointed! My lady looks almost new now & works perfectly with her new battery housing. Took a little while to get the parts and get it done but well worth it. Fair pricing. Happy customer.

I'm a widow and a few months before my husband passed he bought me a Seiko clock that played music. It stopped working about a year ago. I didn't have the heart to get rid of it so I took it to the shop last week. I am replaced the batteries but it still wasn't working. The shop owner said the batteries were in backwards and it's been working ever since I'm so happy and so grateful.

I really connected with Scott (the owner). He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to repair my wall clock and now it’s like new again.

I purchased a clock at a thrift shop because it reminded me of a clock from my childhood and it brought back many happy memories. It was obviously a reproduction that had been living in someone's garage/attic so I did not want to invent heavily in it's repair. I brought it to Scott to have him pull the movement and oil it. I was so happy when I went to pick it up. He had taken the extra time to clean and polish the case and it looked amazing and was working well. He took time explaining how to wind it and adjust the timing should it need it. It was a joy to talk to someone who is obviously takes great pride in his work.

Scott did a beautiful job cleaning and repairing my recently acquired family heirloom. Very professional and knowledgeable, can truly tell this is his passion!

Scott was very informative and knowledgeable and walked me through all of the processes that he was doing to repair our regulator clock. Sadly the movements and pendulum post were of a Korean make that he could not get replacement parts for. The clock is now running on a battery and tells the time and has a new swinging pendulum. Scott spend a lot of time cleaning and repainting parts on the clock and it looks wonderful. We are happy that it at least has the pendulum swinging now and tells time. I would recommend the Clock Repair Studio and Scott to anyone who would need a clock repaired. He is a true master and professional!

He did an excellent job cleaning and repairing the housing on the clock. My clock is very old but is running excellent. I am very happy that I at some point can pass on a family treasure that is in such good shape now.

Best person for clock repair in the area. Great communication, attention to detail and prices. I like how the owner takes the time to examine and discuss various options to fixing your family treasure. Cost is determined prior to repair and there are no surprises when you come back and pick up your clock. He is clearly passionate about his profession and willing and able to answer any questions you may have. I wouldn't trust my clocks with anyone else.

Without reservation, I can recommend Clock Repair Studio. Scott serviced my beloved grandfather clock at my home, and it was immediately evident that my clock was in good hands. Aside from being an extremely competent horologist, Scott was clearly passionate about clocks. He took the time to educate me about my clock and shared tips on how to properly wind it and adjust the time. He took pride in his workmanship and treated my clock as if it was his own.

Scott repaired our grandfather clock for us. He got us a new movement and when he installed it in our home he was so precise in setting the chimes properly. It sounds so beautiful again.
