First time I had my truck washed it was great. Ever since, truck does not get near as clean as the first time and now the cloth rollers or brushes are scratching the hell out of my paint. Brand new black truck. The whole truck is scratched up including the chrome. So if you want your paint job ruined, this is the place for you!

Took my car through the wash and it was covered in spots after it dried, since the blow dry doesn't dry at all. A waste of money. Never using this car wash again.

It’s been a while since I had a membership here and today I went back to sign up for a was plan again. To my surprise the gentleman who came out to help and possibly answer my questions had a negative demeanor to him, and it followed into getting signed up. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but I know that’s not cloud10 service. Not sure if I’m going to keep going to this location or the one in mechanicsburg.

DO NOT USE! We had damage to our vehicle while using this car wash to the point we had to get it towed. The kind gentleman that was onsite was very reassuring that our damages would be covered since clearly the vehicle was drivable before entering, but had to be towed to a repair shop. We received a call today that they will not be covering any of the damages.

I park my car under a big tree in front of my house and definitely don’t get it washed as much as I should. After my car had gone through once, an employee came up to me as I was using the vacuums and offered for me to go back through because a spot on my hood wasn’t completely off. They scrubbed the spot with towels and power washed it and then I went through the wash again. Excellent customer service!

22 bucks for a car wash and it didn't even was the back end of my suv. Definitely has flaws in their system.

I was there yesterday, my car was way overdue. I paid 26$, which I think is way too much, but I really wanted it to look good. I went to vacuum the inside and noticed they had drying cloths and window cleaner. I think that's awesome! The only negative is that my rims were still really dirty. I was thinking for 26$, they should be a lot better looking. The other thing I want to mention is the young man was so sweet and helped me when I couldn't reach the kiosk. He saw me struggling and ran right over! That was really nice! I forgot to mention they had air fresheners too! Nice touch!

My first visit was very good. Th only issue I found was that I signed up for the monthly plan online and I had to wait for the manager to come back from lunch to pull up my plan the first time I visited. However, once I got the sticker each experience after that has been great!

Simply the best.always free powerful vacuums, free glass cleaner and shimmies and the car wash itself worked great!

What can I say, we were in and out in a flash! When you have other things to do. You don't want to spend all day in a car wash!

I ran my car through this car wash the other day. There was some dirt left on the back of my vehicle at the top window area, along the emblem and along the license plate. Also the wheels were not clean. That's whatever though as it was the first wash after winter. My main issue was that there was a black streak left from I'd guess the last roller. It was easily buffed off but not expected. Had we decided not to stop and vacuum we may not have noticed it right away and I'm not sure if it would have buffed out so easily after baking on. Overall, I'd probably give it another try.

So I never had a problem before with my escape but because of events I had to get another car newer car nothing wrong with the paint till I came through an I paid for the big bundle an when I got home I noticed the back of my car was scratched up very disappointed this was my favorite place to go but can't trust no more also left what looks to be scratches in swirls all over as well is just the original paint an parts nothing special

A bit pricey (the full treatment is $24), but the service is very good and they do provide vacuums and carpet beaters - so I suppose that takes some of the sting away. I keep going back, so what does that tell you? LOL

I'm very happy with the quality and service of the facilities. I only wish there would be a way to wash all weather mats/ liners. Just access to a hose would be great.

The wash wasn't as good as I would have expected. It's difficult to maneuver around this car wash. The vacuum was broken and they charge for towels and glass cleaner. Wasn't impressed and probably ain't go back when other washes in the area give you a little more for your money.
