The owner truly cares about her clients, and the members are extremely friendly and willing to help you achieve your goals. Excellent little fitness club. The classes are well run by a professional who knows how to motivate and challenge the whole class. Plenty of free weights and machines to support your cardio and strength training plans.
Nice small gym that has machines, free weights, cardio room, and spinning classes. The owner Cathy is very nice and is seen there frequently.
Stopped by here for a week pass while on vacation. Awesome staff and a gym with everything you could need! Would recommend this to anyone in the new ken area!
Very professional staff. 24 hour access to equipment. Only down side is no water fountain.
