Club Pilates is amazing. If you have been thinking about going, do it. Sarah was my first instructor and who I am in class with most often. She makes it fun and always changes things up! I haven’t met an instructor I didn’t like - they are all great!
Really enjoyed class with Lisa Sentner today. It was my first time taking a class with Lisa and I learned to overcome some bad habits.
Tyler us so thorough I really enjoy his teaching style.ive been on freeze and am excited to get back to Tylers classes
Sarah has become an amazing instructor. She works all parts of your body with a lot of emphasis on core. Enjoy her classes very much!
Awesome first experience with reformer Pilates thanks to Tyler! I ended up being the only one in the class and he did a great job introducing me to the reformer and motions. It was great to have the session tailored to me and I feel more confident joining another class!
I just recently joined and I love it! Lisa has been so welcoming, and everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to the early morning classes with Sarah, as afterward I feel empowered and ready to take on the day! Time truly flies while I’m there, and I’m always looking forward to the next session.

I absolutely love this studio! The instructors are phenomenal and take care to notice any injuries, surgeries or area that are giving you issues. I joined without knowing anything about Pilates and was hooked after my first class! You can’t go wrong and you’ll love the changes you see not only in you physical appearance but in your overall strength!

Loved the variations of moves. Instructor dose very well with showing moves & giving examples. This was my first class for control & balance. Been coming for 4 months now. I do not have the unlimited, I do 8 classes a month. It works more me. Out of those classes so far I missed 5. I was sick. However, I have noticed a big difference in my core & my legs. I have bad knees and honestly, the is helping me a lot.
Must give it a try. Relaxing & a work out!

Pilates has been a wonderful experience in my life. I have renewed energy and feel much more fit than I did in my younger years. Tyler is such a caring young man. Always individualizes to accommodate our specific problem areas.
