3 I go to CM Counseling for medication management and they have been one of the best places I've worked with so far. Louise is absolutely fabulous, I feel genuinely heard when we speak and she does a marvelous job of explaining. I consistently feel as if I'm making a Genuinely informed decision.
A shoutout also to Mindy who is just absolutely wonderful and helpful. She is always able to assist me with any questions or concerns I might have. She even has taken the initiative and called me back with answers.

Zero Stars- this practice is unprofessional and negligent in so many ways. Do NOT take your children to any of their offices. I can't say one good thing about it. We seriously tried for a good 5 months and it only got worse. Untrained customer service, atrocious therapists, and uncaring psychiatrists. Lost paperwork multiple
Times, impossible to get continued care because they never have any appointments consistently available. Never let you know if your appointment is canceled until you drive an hour to get there. Won’t talk to parents if your child is 14. Won’t fill important medications that one can not just stop taking. So irresponsible in so many ways. They should have their license revoked. I'm seriously considering consulting, a lawyer for the mistreatment My family has suffered at the hands of mental health "professionals ". They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not take your children there!
Our child has been happy with their therapist. The nurse practitioner who prescribes medication is so sweet. Thank you!
