DO NOT GO HERE! Literally got scammed by these people! Paid $142 just for them to look at my laptop.ridiculous! They told me it’s $500 to fix my laptop that has a little cracked screen and if i didn’t pay that price i would have to pay the diagnostic fee that came to $142! I would understand if it was at least $30… AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO GET SCAMMED!

Quoted $150-250 wound up costing $325 for a cracked screen. Once you leave your electronics there to be looked at you automatically have to pay $115. The actual work that was done was fine. But being told there wasn't that much of a difference between what I was quoted & what it cost is a joke. And because of the $115 fee we felt we had no choice but to pay the $325. The laptop itself cost $400 brand new.

Communication can be spotty, and work is dependent on suppliers. You may need to call once or twice to get updates, but they’re honest and they do good work. Would definitely bring work their way again.

The staff and owner communicated well with me. They succeeded well with the repair of an old PC laptop and provided education & options to help me to make the best decision regarding which approach to take. I would recommend them to others and will continue to be a customer.

The most disappointing service I have ever received in a computer repair service. After spending $150 to determine that my computer needed to be replaced, I purchased a refurbished computer from CNA computer repair (very fairly priced) and asked for the data to be transferred from my old hard drive to the new computer. I received a verbal estimate over the phone of between 80 and $200 for data transfer based on the amount of data that would be transferred. It took over a week to receive my new (refurbished) computer. I paid about $200 in data transfer fees. Once I received my computer I realized that only 12 GB of pictures had been transferred to the new hard drive. When I brought the computer back in to determine if all of the data had been transferred, they said the only data they could transfer were the 12gb of pictures. So essentially I paid $200 for 12 GB of data transfer (pictures only, no documents or PDFs that weren't originally attached to my OneDrive) to my new computer.

Updated review:

I was never upset with the price of the diagnostics nor the price of the refurbished computer. This, as I stated, was very fair. My only complaint was the cost of the data transfer and that the cost did not reflect the amount of data transferred. The cost of a different technology company working on my "disaster" recovery was less than yours and took them less than 45 minutes to recover the data and 2-3 hours to transfer it into my new hard drive and a cloud backup that they thoughtfully set up for me.

I would never complain about a small business without appropriate grounds. It is not my intent to offend you but rather to inform potential clients of my experience with your business. I am not impetuous but it is quite possible that your response to my review was.

You have used inflammatory language and insinuated that I was upset about "food recipes" and that I should be happy you were able to save my "priceless photos" when, in fact, my concern was much deeper. The "food recipes" you speak of were actually my residency research materials and data from one of the largest surface electromyography studies ever performed in the canine. They weren't "food recipes, " they were my doctoral research and your insinuation that I was upset about "food recipes" is downright insulting. Additionally, my "priceless photos" are backed up, so I did not need those transferred.

Sir, you have my invoice, my cell phone number is on that invoice. I would recommend that, before you respond again in a public sector, you reach out to me about why my experience deserved a 1 star rating.

These guys saved not only my laptop, but my Dad's pictures (he passed in 2018). I could not be more thankful to them. They were responsive, efficient, kept great communication about updates on their progress and what they needed, AND got my laptop back quickly (Just in time for my finals). The team was freandly and walked me through step by step, answered all the questions I had regarding the equipment and were very understanding about my limited knowledge of how everything worked and took the time to help me understand (Thank you John!). Again, I'm very thankful and impressed with CNA and Angelo's Team!

This company is 5 star all the way.dropped the computer off for repair and it was done same day! I called around and most places were up to 2 weeks. I will recommend this company to all family and friends. The owner Angelo works in Aston and is amazing. 5 stars!

Had an outdated Sony Vaio that needed a new internal battery and software update. They fixed everything and did it quickly and professionally. Very pleased.

I would give this place NEGATIVE stars if I could. I dropped my macbook off for repair on 7/16/2020. They mentioned they would take a look at it that day, and were initially true to their word and helpful. They diagnosed that the USB-C port was damaged, and initially said it would take over a week to obtain the part. I ask if this could be expedited, and they said ‘No’. I then told them I would pick up my computer and have it repaired elsewhere. I was called back, and told they could expedite the part. I gave them the go ahead to perform the work. I subsequently received ZERO communication from them. When I called, at the end of the first week, I was told the part had not come in yet. I was disappointed, but willing to wait a few days longer. On the following Tuesday, I called again for an update, and was told their supplier sent the wrong part. I was told the replacement part would arrive in 36 hours, and the work would be completed. I called that Friday, and the technician DIDN’T EVEN REMEMBER my job without prompting. He subsequently told me the part had not yet arrived. I told him I would just pick up the computer and he was extremely rude on the phone. Asked to have the owner call me (which he did facilitate, and I did appreciate). However, owner was not understanding, and would NOT waive diagnostic fee given the extensive delays. I paid his $129.00 diagnostic fee and attempted to take my computer. The technician then GRABBED MY COMPUTER OFF THE COUNTER when I told him I wouldn’t sign a form that stated my computer was received ‘in perfect working order’. I had to CALL THE POLICE to force them to return MY PROPERTY! I took the computer directly to Apple were it was fixed within hours. Apple charged me $91.00 (They quoted $350.00 for the same job). And the apple technician mentioned that numerous things were unplugged within the computer when he opened it up to repair.

While I don’t hold them responsible for their suppliers delays and mistakes.their customer service is TERRIBLE and their price point is drastically elevate.

My technician was amazing! He gave me some great advice and satisfied all of my needs. I have already let others know that this is a great place to go. Also works on Apple computers.

I called and some older man was very rude on the phone. I was explaining what happened to the battery on my phone again after it was fixed but it stopped working.although it was the wrong shop I just called; he came off very unpleasant. I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with this shop. I love the place I go I feel welcomed and they give great customer service no matter what.

Incredible service in today's world. Damaged my laptop. Called and spoke with Dan in Havertown late on a Saturday afternoon. Explained my problem. It was closing time. I scheduled an appointment for Monday. 10 minutes later I received a call back from Dan who told me he would come in Sunday morning so I could drop off my laptop for a diagnosis. 20 minutes after I left my lap top that Sunday morning I received a call from Dan giving me an estimate and a probable pickup date. That date was kept and my laptop worked like new. Very professional and honest. Not only will I deal again but I will refer my family and friends. Great service which is not all that common today.
