15I had best night ever very nice at desk THANK YOU SO MUCH HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS
We had a great stay! My daughter had an event at nearby Thiel College. Staff were friendly, room was clean, & decent free breakfast. We will definitely be staying again.
I’m giving 5 stars because I am so grateful to have a comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay while visiting family in Greenville, this was not the case for many years.
The beds are so comfortable I asked the staff for information on the mattress to purchase for my home and the complementary full breakfast in the morning is great.
Clean comfortable rooms. BUT-nightmare experience per reservations. I called the number posted online for a reservation for 1 night, 5 adults. I requested 2 beds and a couch or sleeper sofa as there 5 of us. My credit card was charged immediately and I was told it was nonrefundable, which I though was odd as you usually are given a 24 hour cancel. Upon arrival and check in we found 2 queen beds and no sofa or couch. I was told they were fully booked and could not help us. I was offered blankets to sleep on the floor. I was charged an additional fee of almost $50 but the 5th person had no place to sleep. The hotel staff said they could not help or issue any refund as the reservation was made through Priceline. AT NO TIME WAS I TOLD I WAS TALKING TO A PRICELINE AGENT WHEN I MADE THE CALL TO RESERVE A ROOM. I DID NOT CALL PRICELINE, I CALLED THE COBBLESTONE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE.
A pleasant find in my old hometown. The staff is friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. The heat/AC unit is quiet and if you are a light sleeper will not bother you. When we checked in the desk staff worked an additional day into the room rates we had along with merging them. The complimentary breakfast is standard hotel hot and cold items. They do have a bar area here where one can order drinks and such. Parking is available on the front and both sides. The back of the hotel overlooks a wooded area.
Stayed here many times while visiting family. King Suite is clean and has all amenities needed for extended stay. Staff is nice and polite. Would recommend if staying in Greenville.
I imagine when people see 5* the immediate thought will be glitz and glam of posh Vegas hotels.
While you don't get all of that flashiness, what you will get is a very nice hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the big city but still very near to everything you'll need.
The room was nice, beds comfy, and all the amenities you'll need (coffee and tea maker, iron, etc.).
Nice indoor pool and hot tub area. I'm not quite sure I cared for all the windows not having coverings for privacy?
Nice lounge area with a small bar. This is the same area to get your free breakfast, which at 9: 45a.m. When it ends at 10, they still had plenty of hot eggs and sausage. You could also get toast, bagels, muffins, cereal. There was even a hot griddle for waffles!
Safe to say if I'm ever in the area again, or if there is a Cobblestone in other places I venture to, I'd stay again.
We stayed here because my wife was having surgery early today. We requested a wake up call for 5: 15. We never received one. Fortunately, I had set an alarm on my watch as a backup, otherwise it would have been a disaster.
I've stayed at the Greenville Cobblestone many times over the past few months, and their staff is 2nd to none. They are always cleaning and keeping the property tidy. They are present if you need anything and very pleasant and personable.
Our room has always been very clean.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stays.
This place is a gem tucked away in a cute little mountain city. The staff were absolutely amazing! Sara at the front desk and the manager were so sweet and compassionate. My daughter and I were traveling from New York. Our hotel out there was double booked and we lost our room. We tried for hours to find another one and there were none available anywhere, so I had to make the decision to cut our trip short and just drive back home. After being up 24 hours already I just couldn't drive any longer. We saw a sign for this place and thank God Sara was able to squeeze us in. She worked very hard to get us booked in and safe for the night. I emensly appreciate her and all the staff that were incredibly to us.
Rooms very nice and clean. Free hot breakfast is excellent. Staff very friendly. You can have a drink and snack in the lounge or patio after 6pm.
Beautiful place with wonderful amenities! The backyard fire pit and covered patio was picturesque. Rooms clean and up to date. Staff extremely kind and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
Clean and basic hotel room. It is a newer hotel and better than Cianci’s. Breakfast is included and there is an elevator.
Great hotel would diffently stay again. The only complanit is the high pet fee. Other than that great hotel.
The Cobblestone in Greenville, PA really surpassed my expectations. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was very spacious, though I no longer love carpet in a motel room. Our window looked out on a wooded area - very peaceful. The breakfast was typical of this kind of hotel - waffles, strange scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, pastries etc. We were going to a funeral and had some time to wait, so we just sat in the comfortable lobby for 45 minutes. No issues. There are many eating options around the hotel as well.
