They don’t scrub ur feet while they do your pedicure. I asked about getting a gel manicure and they said it would be $35 plus $15 for 1 tip bc one of my nails was too short. They don’t have prices posted and the towel they used for my pedicure was crusty as if it was wet balled up and thrown in a corner them once dried picked up and used it on my feet. The customer service is horrible. I wouldn’t be coming back.

Hey everyone I came here coco ivy nail salon to get pedicure. When I walked into the store they greeted me with a smile. The store is very clean n good atmosphere. They are very attentive to your care. They will help you what service you need. I will come back here again for my pedicure. They do wonderful job on my pedicure. People if you are reading this give them a try you won’t regret it. I give them 5 stars!:)

Over the past few months, all the good people seem to have left. The owner is miserable. I paid 33.00 for a 20 minute pedicure. Not coming back here again.

Super friendly staff, great atmosphere, they make sure you're comfortable/relaxed, and does awesome nails! I definitely recommend for a well needed self care day.:)

They charged me $105 for these nails. Never in my life ever paid that much for nails. Their break down was $65 for acrylic full set. Then charged me an additional $20 for gel polish. Then for this “design” which they didn’t even do right, charged me $20 more so basically $2 per nails. I never, ever have experienced this in my life. They wouldn’t even let me see the menu after I questioned the price. The last picture is what I wanted and didn’t get. When I tell you I have never felt so ripped off in my life, I’m not kidding. When I questioned it, they all started talking to each other and not me and then giving me go around about their pricing, felt totally taken advantage of and absolutely mortified of this situation.

Amazing! Went in for a basic manicure. Got a complimentary hand and neck massage. I'll be back.

Love the location in Ambler. Easy, accessible parking across the street for a small fee.
The woman who did my manicure did an excellent job.
My only complaint was that the woman who did my pedicure (different person) rubbed exfoliating lotion all over my legs before even getting them wet!? Which obviously hurts so bad. It felt like sandpaper rubbing up against my skin. In fact my legs still are stinging and burn anytime I put lotion on from her doing that. But other than that it was great

It's my first time here and the service is great. All the staffs were nice, attentive. They were very welcoming. I did gel mani and pedicure and it was relaxing. The establishment is clean and sanitize. Five stars! I will definitely be back!

This nail salon is absolutely horrible! They charged me 75 dollars for clear acrylics! And they look horrible. Way over priced and unprofessional she kept changing the price from 55 to 65 to 75 like what? Then wanted to argue and make up stuff about the nails and make different prices. Would not recommend they will try to get over on you!

I had been looking for a nail salon after having been disappointed at so many other places but today's Pedicure was the best I ever had in my life. My nail technician was Tammy. She is the best. She is so caring and so skilled. Every time I get a foot scrub or calf massage at other places, they simply just lathered the lotion and scrub on but Tammy gave me the best calf and foot REAL massage. I even canceled my appt with my massage therapist. The place is so clean, and the interior is beautiful. The owner was so welcoming and it was so sweet to see her being so sweet to these little girls who were so excited to get their toes painted. Timing is everything.during this time I was struggling to find the perfect place, I found my permanent nail salon. Thank you so much to Tammy and the owner for her friendliness and professionalism. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a pedicure by Tammy. She books up fast so appointments are a must. I am not understanding the negative reviews but I do know new ownership has taken over not too long ago.

I picked out a polish and asked if they had the correct basecoat and topcoat for this particular polish. It’s supposed to be a long wear and quick drying ten-day nail polish. As soon as I sat down she started painting my nails with the incorrect basecoat. After I had already asked her to use the OPI one, she assured me it would be fine. Then I asked her not to buff my nails, So instead she got out a nail Dremel instead, and started Dremel my cuticle. (totally incorrect and dangerous) I don’t believe any of these women actually have a license. They are completely oblivious to how to actually care for a nail.
I sat for 15 minutes trying to dry my nails, by the way they charge you extra five dollars for this quick drying polish. The polish never dry, it was sticky, I could move it around. I got up and told her that I wasn’t satisfied and she told me that it just had to dry longer. It’s supposed to be quick dry that’s why you pay the extra money for it. I had to ask for my money back three times and they were not willing to give it back to me. They were rude and the place was DIRTY.

I was given a gift certificate to this place so I made an appointment for a pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was fine, although there were several flys buzzing around which made the place feel dirty. After my pedicure, I was seated at one manicurist’s table for her to take 25 minutes just to glue on tips. Then I was moved to another woman’s table for her to take an additional 20 minutes to secure the tips since they kept popping off. Then she talked me getting acrylic over my original choice of dip. After an hour she had me pay before painting my nails, and the two services cost $95? !? I was there for a total of two hours, not including drying time for mediocre service. Will not be going back.

I went here twice. The first time I came here was with a wedding party. We had excellent service. The second time was a weeknight, and I came alone. I asked for a 6: 00 appointment for a Mani/Pedi and they asked if I could come earlier, so I came at 5: 30. When I got there, I was seated at the Pedi chair and they did my mani while I was in the chair. I got a gel manicure, and it was very difficult maneuvering both my hands and feet to help the ladies who were doing my nails. I was disappointed that I came in a half hour earlier than I wanted to at their request, and I still had to have both done at once. Especially since I couldn't really turn the massage chair on in good conscience.
