The coffee was excellent with various flavor shots to choose from. Tried the dragon fruit latte which surprisingly was good.

Nice spacious place with good decor, big parking space and many beverage and quick snack options. Got an almond croissant and a matcha latte with blackberry shot. Both tasted really great. The prices are reasonable too. The place has an EV charging point.

Parking by the charging station was occupied in half empty lot. Went instead to the local Vietnamese place for delish coffee! Looks like it would have been a nice place to spend some time.

Excellent breakfast spot. I had the San Fran breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. The cappuccino wasn’t over milked, like a lot of other places. They also sell some wine, beer and deli items.

Mediocre, stale biscotti, toasted bagel barely toasted and floppy, was it even a bagel? But the coffee was ok, so not a total loss I guess.

Best Doughnut I’ve ever had! Staff was fantastic breakfast burrito was delicious the entire party’s food and coffee’s were exquisite… overall the entire meal, ambiance and pricing was all amazing! Definitely recommend.

Tried to contact the Silk Mill for our wedding cake after being really impressed by their work at a friend's wedding.emailed twice and called and left a voicemail, weeks apart, and never heard back from anyone. Good food, but unprofessional service. Super disappointed.

Solid breakfast spot, particularly if staying in Ledges Hotel. Nice vibe, pretty good coffe, and good selection of pastries/breakfast sandwiches.

This little coffee house was awesome. The food was great, the coffee was great, and the staff was great. I went 2 mornings in a row. They sell a bunch of odds and ends like maple syrup and chocolates. I got "The Philadelphian" which is an egg sandwich topped with cheesesteak on a bagel (I substituted the bagel) and a fruit danish. I WILL return.

My daughter and I went to explore parts of Hawley which is the town my older daughter recently settled in and decided to stop in for coffee. We were absolutely not disappointed. The menu was a decent size so we had good choices. We wanted a big chain Starbucks kind of coffee at a local business and we got coffee that was much better than Starbucks. We also got a cream puff and a chocolate sprinkled donut which was out of this world. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were very comfortable and felt welcomed here. As we were leaving it started to get busy but everyone was helped with a smile. We will absolutely come back here.

Coffee was good. Service must improve.we waited for the barista to finish his friendly conversation to have our coffee made.

The coffee, breakfast/lunch menu, and fresh baked goods were excellent. But what really set my experience apart was an employee named Lauren. I wholeheartedly thought she was the owner - that’s how much genuine warmth, love and care she put into her interactions with me, my family, and every other patron. Good products and services can only take a business so far. Great employees are always the key to true success.

Coffee was not tasty. Service was slow. Atmosphere! Regular gas station stop, even though this is NOT a gas station.

My lady and I stopped for coffee and a few pastrys yesterday. Very disappointed on my first visit. Pastrys were stale, pumpkin latte tasted artificial, and the overall appearance of the place very dirty. Milk and condiments counter unclean, almost slipped on the wet floor, as well as moldy smell. No stars from me. Will never go again!

The friendly service, the fresh pace of the food they make, always a little bustle here or there and Coffee is great

Stop in to buy cheese and nuts. Had lunch and coffee. The coffee was very good. The sandwich, Monte Cristo, was acceptable.
The view for outside dining is very nice.
The staff was pleasant.

I used to really like this place when it first opened, but the last few times have been disappointing. $8 for a basic sandwich on white toast- and the prices go up from there. They don't even give you a side of chips (or anything) anymore. The last two times I got sandwiches from there, the bread was burnt. Not slightly over toasted, but literally black. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but it has happened 2 other times since. I feel like this is dishonest considering I paid above average, for an average sandwich, and I'm served inedible food. There was a lady from the Bronx that managed Cocoon when it first opened. When she was there, the quality was great. I haven't seen her in quite some time, and based on my last few experiences, it's safe to say she is no longer there. Lastly, the wait time was something I have gotten used to- I know it's made fresh. But the last time I was there, about a week ago, the staff was counting the drawer midday. They were unable to take my order for 10 minutes- because they had to finish counting. The same staff making your drinks and cooking the food are also counting cash midday, and serving bakery items. And on top of that, rather than being efficient and getting the order started while waiting to ring me out- they just made me wait until they were done. I didn't know it took the whole store to count a drawer, but at Cocoon, it does. Then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order, which was a black burnt sandwich. I no longer recommend this place to friends or family visiting, unless they're looking to get a dessert to-go. I shouldn't have to inspect my food prior to leaving, I get that mistakes are made- but correct them. If you already have people waiting 20 minutes, the least you could do is take an extra 2 minutes to re-toast some bread. But to hide it and serve people burnt food- not once, but MULTIPLE times- is something else. If you want to charge NYC prices, you should be providing better quality- that's all there is to it.
