Al colberts collision shop the best they take super care of the customer and super care of your car and they don't overcharge like a lot of other places do Ace wands and really stand up guy

This place is amazing and Al is fantastic! ! He kept me up to par on every situation and I truly enjoyed the client experience. My inspection went smoothly and my car was done in no time at all. Colbert's Collision was quick and efficient. I would recommend this place for your inspection and or repair needs! !

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Colbert's Collision. Upon recommendation of my family members that use Al regularly, I took my car to have my front bumper replaced and my rear bumper repainted. The total on the job was $1,600, so I was expecting quality work. My car has headlight spray nozzle in the bumper that activate when the windshield wiper fluid is sprayed. As soon as I got the car home, my car started leaking washer fluid out of the new front bumper. This was a part that definitely needed to be handled when replacing the bumper. I told Al about the issue, and he promised to take a look at it. I brought my car back, and he told me I was not leaking. When I went to pick up the car, it was leaking all over his driveway. I told Al, and he scheduled me for a closer look the next week. I took my car back, and this time, Al told me he could not have caused the issue and that it was not coming from the headlight spray nozzles. His conclusion was it was not his responsibility to fix. Discouraged with the service I got, I took my car home for a third time, still leaking. I did some investigation, and it was CLEAR that the leak was coming from this headlight spray nozzle that is attached to the new bumper. I am disappointed that I have to fix a part that Al broke, and that he does not take responsibility when he does a repair on a car. I will never go back and encourage others to do the same. Al will not honor his work!
