Not a bad place I got a car inspection here once time, and this guy is typically expensive, so that's why I work on my own things in my driveway for under half the price.

We needed our Engine replaced due to Kia not covering their warranty. After calling around to multiple garages, Cole’s was recommended. Not only were the prices the best around, they also found the engine and had it done in a week! They took care of us all the way from helping us finding a tow company to following up after the repair was done. Bill and his team are very professional and did everything to help us out. We had it sitting for repair at a dealership and they didn’t touch our car. It was there for 3 months.

Had tire pressure sensors replaced and back up sensors replaced. Great people to work with. Highly recommend Coles!

Cole’s took our Truck for a week. He quote us $8000 saying our turbo went out on our brand new engine. Knowing we were on the road and in a hurry to get back on the road, he took our truck said he ordered the parts and then days later he couldn’t get our truck on his lift. So it sat there for a week with nothing done. He didn’t know a 3500 was a 1 ton truck? Brought it to another mechanic and he told us it was just over filled with oil, and sent us on our way. Thanks for nothing Bill!

Of course they tried to get my review squashed using software to up the results. Again I will tell you, this guy will rip you for as much as he thinks he can get! My dad went in when he had his old place in Ashville, he charged $60 for brake pads! That's an upsell of about double what they cost to get them yourself!

Bill has been a family friend for quite a while and we've never had a problem with him or anyone that works at the shop, they've always given us a hand with things, and we've never had a problem with their accuracy even once

Bill and his guys were amazing! After spending over $2k trying to find and fix a problem everywhere else. Taking a long drive has me smile and rolling for under $200 bucks! Very friendly, and they took the time to explain step by step the solution that has me on the road and not on the side of the road! Thanks again Bill and crew!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We always used to go here for inspections but never again! They had our Suburban for 2 months checking it over before my warranty ran out. Overcharged us and did not fix what was wrong. They replaced suspension rods that did not need replaced when it was our suspension pump. They supposedly fixed our air conditioner. Charged the warranty company for a brand new compressor but put a used one on it. Our air conditioning still does not work! Then they told us we needed 4 new tire sensors and was going to charge us $100 a piece for those plus labor. Thankfully, I had a tire come off my rim and Al's Tire came to the rescue. Through that process I learned we only had one bad sensor not 4!
And my 2 front tires were about to blow which Coles never told me. HUGE safety issue! Needless to say. Al's Tire got some new business and we never took my Suburban back to Coles so they could finish the work they claimed it needed and didn't. Very Shady business. A lot of money put out for things my vehicle didn't need and the real issues were not fixed properly! Will NEVER do business with them again or recommend them to anyone!
