7This is my go to store every time! I do alot of DIY projects and most of my needs are for the ideas that come when I'm repairing something, (has to be make it better than before). The customer service here is phenomenal! I have yet to have any one of them tell me my idea won't work, in fact, they always add a "don't forget to" or "you may need". And if one can't help, they always call on another to assist. And the next time I go in they always ask how it worked out followed by what project today, lol. I appreciate the level of confidence I leave with.
Been going here for years sometimes it's a little more expensive but it isn't a big chain store and Kevin has been the manager ever since I can remember and every time you go there he will help you find what you need and actually knows what he's talking about unlike Home Depot or Lowes
It's ok for all kinds of fixed things and they always have nice people to wait on you.

Rude service - On numerous occasions the one clerk, Brenda, has been extremely rude, not only to me, but I witnessed her doing this to other customers. She is NOT a people-person and should not work in retail, or with the public for that matter. She is bad for this business, and this latest incident was my final straw. I am quite sure that I am not the only one who has stopped using this business due to her behavior towards paying customers.
