College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving, West Chester PA

Recently had Eric, Eric and Steve move my MIL furniture into storage. The guys were right on-time, professional and efficient. They are a great team and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Completely regret using this company/franchise. I did not receive the services I paid for. I paid over $1000 for them to LOSE my belongings in transit. They carried items out of my home and a bag never made it to the final destination.

After weeks of discussion and searching for my belongings it did not turn up and I was told it is completely my loss. They only offered $100 in remediations in hopes I wouldn’t write a bad review.

The company is franchised. Customer service is offshore, thus they can only help with so much. I physically had to drive to the franchise office multiple times to get responses. I used the West Chester location franchise and apparently they do not have a direct number, thus Sean was nice enough to give me his direct line. Despite this, every conversation felt forced and I was pulling his teeth for him to speak and have a productive conversation.

The insurance that is part of the moving costs do not cover lost items. It is truly impossible to prove items were lost if there are no cameras at both locations. I put too much trust into this process and feel super naive for doing so. At this point I feel like I am being hard on myself when it is truly the company’s fault for lack of service and negligence.

Unfortunately this is 100% my loss, as per the franchise, and a life lesson. So take this as your life lesson, so you do not actually have to experience it.

These guys are awesome. They originally estimated it would take
two days to empty the interior and clean up the exterior of my parents house. They knocked it all out in one day. Amazing. Thanks guys!

This team of two men removed furniture from a 3rd floor apt. For $705 which is the cost of a full truck load. Would hire again!

Had a troublesome object, so supervisor observed in advance. They used a code, entered, took it away most of a truck, and billed fairly.

They were responsible, and CARING. Nicest movers i ever met. I highly recommend Malcolm and Deion were the BEST!

This company helped one of my Seller clients move in Garnet Valley recently and did an excellent job. On the move was Marc, Mike and Tariq. They were professional, efficient, and super helpful. Nothing damaged or lost in transit either. My client got several quotes and felt this one was the most affordable. Overall great job.

Nick and Shawn are an awesome team! They arrived promptly, filled an entire truck quickly and are such a pleasure to interact with.

Unprofessional woman on the phone and price gougers. This place is full of those quiet quitters from a couple years ago that realized they need a job but don't want to work.

I can't say enough about this company. The 3 young men who did my move were extraordinary! Every single contact with every single person there in every department from start to finish went above and beyond my needs and requests! I will never use another moving company. From the moment I called for a same day, last minute move to the moment they finished, it was like they were moving a family member!

Casey, Luke, and Chad helped me and my roommate move. They were very helpful and nice. All of our stuff is in good condition.

I made my appt online on a Friday night and was able to book them to remove my items for the next morning which was very convenient for me. The workers arrived exactly at the beginning of their two hour window which was also convenient. I had one piece of oversized exercise equipment that needed to be dissembled to remove from my basement and two other more experienced workers came out to do this quickly and efficiently. Everyone was so nice, professional & courteous!

Had a Mahogany Diningroom Table that was 7’ long and 4’ wide removed and donated today! Way to heavy for me to move!
From the first initial phone contact with Brandon to the two gentleman picking the table up, complete professionalism! They arrived when they said they would and were courteous and respectful of our home. I will use again.

General manager at the West Chester location has 0 costumer service skills for dealing with problems/issues. I highly recommend trying another moving company to take care of your needs.
