4I've never been to a colon or rectal place before so I have nothing to compare it to. Staff was great! Dr. Harper is very good and has a sense of humor, which helped me out. Rubber banding is quick and painless. Colonoscopy was quick and painless and I got a good nap to boot!
Doctor rushes through his exam. He did not even tell me that he was going to stick a long scope in my rectum. Didn’t discuss how to treat my issue, nor what he found after doing the scope. No discussion about much after a 10 seconds exam. I’d seek another place for your rectal issues and notice the number of bad reviews. Take heed and seek elsewhere!
The staff and doctors at C & R Assoc were first rate and dealt with my issue with care an professional courtesy. Dr. Kim in particular was articulate, inclusive and informative. I would recommend C & R to anyone.
Had Covid testing two days before my colonoscopy. No one followed up, and the day of the procedure I was told I couldn’t have the procedure because they did not have the results. They moved me to a surgical outpatient center and I had the procedure 5 hours late! Here it is a month later, I still do not have the results. I could not get a “Live person “ on the phone today, left my phone number, no call back. I hope I do not Covid, because I would have infected about 100 people by now. I will not go back as Abington has really gone downhill.
