Colonial Arms Apartments

Don't waste your time or money.if you work at shell dont apply.they wanted five months rent upfront for a year lease. How they get away with that kind of discrimination ill never know.save yourself the trouble and don't even call this place.

I've lived here for almost two years, I personally like the environment here. Close to all the shops and doctors. No issues with neighbors and staff is friendly. The maintenance man Fidel has been very helpful and goes above and beyond to fix issues.

Poor customer service from the Cindy. Non-responsive to texts and phone calls. You have to repeatedly call to get her to answer and then she makes up a story how she left messages but never really did. Avoid this place if you don't want to do deal with staff that doesn't care.

Called about a listing was told they would not accept an application from anyone with "great arrow builders" on their check stub. These are these guys working at the cracker plant. This is discrimination. The very nice lady on the phone could not even tell me why. She said it was her bosses orders.

Lived there 5 years and was very comfortable! Probably would have stayed except moved in with fiance. Lived in the back building, it was very private and quiet. Always felt secure in the building. Cleaning lady Kim does a fantastic job and Fidel in maintenance was always quick to fix anything I needed. Cindy in the office was great. Very sad to leave actually

Very comfortable apt complex. Office staff n property manager Ron is very helpful n cooperative. Been living in colonial arms for over 20 years. N would recommended it to everyone

I can’t express enough how nice this apartment complex is. I live in colonial arms apartments and it is such a nice place to stay. It is very peaceful with nice neighbors. It is very convenient as Walmart is right next to it, along with nice restaurants and fast food. I talked to Cindy about moving in and she was great! She was very helpful and caring as I needed to move in asap because my college was starting soon. So I actually got all moved in within a day, and it was only possible because Cindy was so hands on and dedicated with my move. The management team is very helpful and quick. My toilet was clogged and needed fixed and the maintenance came and fixed it within hours. I would recommend colonial arms to anyone!

Old building. No insulation in walls. Very old sliding door leaking cold air in winter.
