I could probably write a ton, but knowing reviews are mainly scanned, I'll just say I was very impressed and happy with the professionalism and responsiveness of everyone I contacted before, during and after installation. Whether it was the sales manager, CAD team, installers, etc, they were all knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. They were a breath of fresh air after dealing with a local kitchen refacing company (not Colonial) that really messed up and had me very anxious to hire anyone else for any reason. I've already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the sales staff. They did a great job giving an estimate to me. HOWEVER half of the lights in the warehouse were out! It was difficult to really see the coloring on a lot of the countertops. Then the countertops that I did like didn’t even have a sample in the showroom which was lit! It’s a beautiful building and the showroom was nice, but there were weeds all around the front of the building that were over two feet high! I can’t justify or trust buying from a company that doesn’t seem to care about their building inside or out. The owners of this place just must not care, which to me is a poor reflection on this company.

Overall a great experience! Love my quartz counters. Got a great deal. The ONLY issue I have is with the sink install. They didn't fully caulk it and sometimes I get water into the cabinet below. I had to buy caulking and do this myself to prevent further issues.

We had new countertops and sinks installed in our upstairs bathroom and downstairs powder room. The powder room sink had a Kohler label, but it was obviously not a real Kohler white porcelain sink. When I complained a few weeks later, they sent someone with another sink which I realize to this day is a knock-off. I bought my own sink for the upstairs bathroom and there is an obvious difference in the shine of the finish which indicates to me that it is not real porcelain. Both countertops lost the shiny finish around the base of the faucets after 6 months. The caulking along the side of the powder room sink was never completed. Please go elsewhere for your bathroom remodeling project. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!

Absolutely the worst installers in the business.
It took 7 visits to my house to have counters installed and to partially repair the damage from their employees.

Some of the damage to note a few:

1. Broke molding on cabinets instead of shimming the counters form the inside.
2. Installed my counters off level by 7/16 inch (very noticeable since we had the backsplash installed level
3. Their demo guys just ripped the old counters off the wall; blowing out drywall and paint. (Instead of razoring the caulking first) - refused to fix drywall.
4. Demo guys removed the old sink and threw away the fitting for the garbage disposal
5. Their sub didnt install the plumbing correctly, leading to a leak within 48 hours and water in the cabinets
6. After they damaged my house the installer tried to force me to sign a waiver of their liability saying there was no damage. Not happening; I noted the damage on the form against their want.

It took hours of arguing to have people come out and "fix" it, only to do subpar work again. Customer service is non-existent as even after 7+ trips to your house they will not accommodate your schedule to fix their mistakes.

I strongly recommend you look for another contractorsupplierinstaller for your counters. If you use them, prepare to be off of work multiple days to accommodate their needed repairs and hours on the phone arguing about the quality of work.

Happy to share pictures of their damage if anyone wants them.

Local kitchen installer here and today I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with colonial marble and granite. Two employees show up to install countertops and forgot the brackets for the island countertop. When I pointed it out they said it’s not there problem that I would have to contact the company and have them schedule a time to come back out and install brackets meanwhile I have a countertop that is ready to tip over and hurt someone. After explaining the importance of how unsafe this countertop is their customer service said best they can do is return with brackets in 5 days. Worst customer support, installers and template tech I have ever worked with in nearly 25 years of home remodeling.

Poor customer service.
We were told time scheduled for tech to come do measurements was 12-4. I get a text at 10: 30 from tech stating he would be at our house at 11: 00! Well - no one would be there at that time! He was more concerned about getting to his other appointments- no regard to the fact that we also have lives and jobs!

Really love all the selections colonial has to offer, and also the sales associates! They are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Wouldn't have went anywhere else, their time frame for installation is truly unmatched. Thank you so much Colonial!

I had a great experience with Colonial Marble and Granite. Antonio was very knowledgable and patient with me. They even found the perfect slab for me in a different state, and had it delivered. They provided a drawing so I would be happy with the layout of the grain and design. The team that measured and installed were very professional as well. I highly recommend them!
