I love this place a whole lot the mgt. And staff love my daughter so much
That she became a regular customer. The painting with Santa event was great my daughter enjoyed every moment ️. From painting to the cookies and hot chocolate.the singing it was fantastic u recommend taking ur children there to paint. And I'm giving a big shout out to Kim your the best mgt ever.

Unfortunately decorating this year I am reminded by my kids of our missing Santa plates.
I brought my children here last year to be able to meet Santa and paint a plate with their hand prints. This was on or about Dec 10th. We waited excitedly for our notification to pick up the plates for Xmas eve. Kids were excited to be able to use them to leave cookies for Santa. (This could be the last year this was our tradition, so it was very important to me.) No calls, texts. No notifications that our plates were ready for pick up. So we happened to be in the area the week of Xmas, only two or three days to go. So I called the studio to ask if they were ready. I spoke to an associate quick to get me off the line. I explained what we created and what day and that they were advertised to be completed before Xmas with the nature of the item being used on Cmas eve. They said if they were ready you would have gotten a notification. I wanted them to look for them. No, no offer. The associate said they’d let me know when ready if they were and hurried me off the line. Clearly they had more important things to take care of then an exsisting customer.
After Christmas I was finally able to get connected to a manager to confirm that our plates had been finished the whole time and no idea why the original associate didn’t offer to look for them.
A discount of 10/20% to come back and paint more items was offered. No empathy or accountability taken for their poor expectation setting or lack of communication with customers. $100 wasted. My children’s Christmas spirit crushed, reminded again this year.
We did not go back to use the discount. Why would we spend more money theres a chance our items would be lost or never given to us again, especially when we had asked for help multiple times.
My children and I loved to go here previously for multiple occasions and I would recommend them highly. The level of service has unfortunately declined which is crucial for expectation setting around such an important time of year.

Spent the day with my two boys and even after accidentally booking the incorrect date I was accommodated and allowed to still enjoy the day. Gypsy was absolutely amazing with them her patience and generosity and overall kindness for a busy mom was so helpful and I was so grateful for her. If you need a day time activity or day out with something fun! This is the place for you! It’s different from the normal dinner routine.

Had so much fun creating the tree of life on a vase! Took 5-hrs and the employees were patient and friendly!

My kids love coming here. Its a great place to pass the time and relax while doing something different.

What a wonderful place to take your kids to. It would be a great place to take a date to as well. As for me, I took my little princess. She's 4 years old and she absolutely loved it. She got to pick from the various large selection of pottery and figurines to paint; she chose a little unicorn of course. As for myself, I picked the no drama lama mug. We got to pick our own colors and got to painting them. It was such a great activity to do with her. We was there about and hour or an hour and half or so and it was time well spent. We painted our objects and painted memories that will never fade. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be taking my daughter back there another time because it's just a wonderful activity for a parent to do with their child.

We had a wonderful time today for my son's 7th birthday party! The facility is clean and absolutely adorable inside. Our party host, Gypsy was excellent, very helpful and handled all clean up. The kids all had a great time, it was 100% worth the price!

No one answers the phone, so don’t expect any help or answer prior to physically visiting the store. I would recommend going elsewhere.

This was a really fun experience. The staff is so nice too. It was just so amazing to do this and then they turned out amazing.

First time there and it was a really fun experience. We painted ornaments and made a mess cant wait to see how they look when glazed. All around a really good experience and looking forward to the next time. Go have some fun!

Amazing people work here, and for the price, it's an amazing chunk of family friendly painting fun. Just come here understanding they need to heat everything in a kiln after painting so you won't come home with anything until roughly the week after give or take a few days.

2 fully vaccinated adults told they need to wear masks to paint. Oh and not only was there NOBODY else painting, they were preparing for a catered corporate even where you could clearly see the people handling the food NOT wearing masks. Easy to find liberal Democrap businesses anymore.

Had a great time with my work team. Picked Color Me Mine as a fun team building experience and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Fun experience, even if you don't know how to paint. Lots of ceramic designs and paint colors to choose from.

Gypsy was so kind and helpful! I came to visit from California and stopped in with my niece. It was an amazing experience. She even gave my niece a little goodie bag when we left. So many choice of pottery and colors to choose from. Will definitely be coming back here. Thank you Gypsy!

Color Me Mine Bethlehem was a fantastic experience. They have tons of options, a friendly staff, and they let you take as much time as you need to paint. This is a wonderful activity for anyone able to hold a brush and return in a week to pick up your creation. The only reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pottery itself is pretty expensive. However, that certainly doesn't outweigh the pros and I will be returning.
