This is the first time I took the bus do to I did not have a car.the bus driver know were I was going he took the money and then told me I'm not going too Walmart and did not give me a replacement ticket the bus drives his a big attitude problem.you would think they will do their job correctly and if they know where you're going and if they're not going to that location they would not take the customer

I had to request an application 2 times for medical transportation. I waited for 2 weeks to find out what was up. I called to check on it. I was told that it was denied by the state No reason given. The 1 time we used this it took almost 2 hours for the bus to get to the hospital to pick us up.

Drivers are awesome but dispatch doesnt pick up or update there system alerts and when they do pick up they yell at you for not calling the transit station that doesn't have a number

Got back my missed bag. But I have to back and forth. Nice but lost my school container. This was especially bought for that lunch box.

Colts transportation has a Ride Share program. If you live in Lackawanna County PA you have seen the small silver vans. They provide a vital service to handicapped, senior citizens and anyone who can't drive. On two business days notice they will take you anywhere you need to go. Doctors appointment, food shopping, the Mall, YMCA etc. The people that schedule your trip are very nice. They give you a pickup time and a return trip time. The vans are equipped with a motorized wheelchair lift. The drivers are extremely courteous and accommodating. They will carry your food bags to your front door for example. I would be lost without this service!

I'll tell you what the professional of the colts system impresses me across the board we don't have the same standard with the Lcta and that's not to say their aren't some good people. The colts system is just run better.

My experience has always been a good one when riding the bus. The drivers take time to answer questions regarding your destination. Drivers are polite.

They need to hire drivers that don't think they are god. I have witnessed and experienced so much unprofessional and unpleasant behaviors that I have enough material for a book or stand up comedian.

Was waiting at the bus stop in the freezing cold and the bus just blew right by me. Was the last one of the night.

Have used the van Service a few times, so glad to have this! I don't have a car and COLTS van is a blessing! Friendly drivers, good service!

Most of the drivers are great. There is lack of communication with the drivers, dispatch and passengers. When I call they mostly can help.

0 out of 10.colts busses come when they feel like it. I was stranded at work twice this month and had to walk all the way home in the freezing cold because the regularly scheduled bus just skipped the stop. When i called the bus company they told me "sorry for the inconvenience, it was a new driver" maybe they should train the drivers to drive the correct routes instead of ones they make up themselves. Trust me.colts bus is unreliable and is continually 100% unaccountable, no matter how obviously at fault they are

You can catch Lackawanna County Transit buses or Martz buses for Greyhound buses the people there are very nice and it is kept very clean.

The night driver for the Scranton city circle #71 makes me want to take the bus more. He was so friendly. I enjoyed talking baseball with you.

Wish they went to weis markets in carbondale more and actually had it on their route and have it online then picking up there isn't always reliable.
