I went for Joe’s self defense class, and he really cares about his clients. He wants to make sure everyone leaves with skills to defend themselves. 10/10 great program! I am 22, but the class had a wide variety of ages!

Excellent women's self defense class. I would recommend for all ages. Instructors educate, but make it fun. No pressure.

Just ran into Joe after years and years and wanted to encourage anyone considering getting into shape/learning discipline/self defense to sign up immediately. If you’re a parent this will teach your kids to be calm and humble, yet able to hold their own and walk with confidence. 10/10
