Exceptionally well run hotel with comfortable beds and friendly, helpful staff that made our short stay delightful. Pet fee was just 10 dollars.

Very clean, nice ataff! Great options for continental breakfast! Very convient to local attractions!

The stay was going good until someone just about totalled the loaner car. A little background:
I drive a tractor trailer. Took the tractor to have some work done. Left the trailer in the designated truck parking. Put the car in front of the trailer as a theft prevention measure. The end results were severe damages to the vehicle.

1. Informed the hotel and sought to get video footage. There is no video surveillance.

2. Another issue is inadequate lighting. At night the lighting is poor. Observed trucks having difficulty parking properly. (Noticed this aspect after the accident of course.) Have to keep my eyes on the trailer now. Again!

3. And trucks that are not hotel guests, will stay in the parking lot, so any accidents to your vehicle, if not observed then and there, will leave you footing the bill.

It's really difficult for me to say anything positive at this point. But for this disaster, I would have endorsed this hotel. But I can't.

There is no way to locate the perpetrator of this vile act. There are so many low cost surveillance camera systems, you figure an hotel of this caliber, would have an interest in protecting their guests' assets while we sleep. Impossible to stay up all night watching your vehicle. Tried it initially before the shop let me put their vehicle in front of the trailer. It was no fun.

Stayed here 10/7-8/22. Clean spacious rooms. Great location. Highway noise was slightly noticeable but it didn't keep any of us from sleeping. Large selection for breakfast. Pet friendly! Although we didn't use it, they do have a bar! I would definitely recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel. Nice rooms, bathrooms too, clean, friendly staff all around. Hot breakfast with eggs, bacon.would stay again every time!

Good location, super nice staff, room was very clean, was quiet when i stayed 10.04.22. Parking for big trucks/rv/bus (a big plus)

Not a five-star hotel but very very nice. Would definitely recommend. Nice employees, nice breakfast, clean rooms, nice towels and bed.

After midnight service was great. The only reason I gave a 3 on location was due to construction on exit.

Respectful and kind interactions with the staff. We were pleased and refreshed with our stay.

I did not end up staying. I checked in for a 3 night stay but on arrival was given a pet policy which stated that pets could not be left alone in the room or they would charge you $100. I went and spoke with the front desk lady that checked me in and she confirmed this was their policy even if they are in a kennel because they might bark. I think this needs to be explained on the web site because I don’t know about other people who travel with their pets but you can’t possibly take them everywhere with you. The front desk lady was very nice and let me check out and I was not charged which was nice but I just wanted people to be aware of this policy if you are traveling here with pets. We have stayed at multiple other Comfort Inns and not had this problem. I ended up going across the street to a very nice Tru by Hilton hotel who has a normal pet policy and allows pets to be left in the room as long as they aren’t destructive and they aren’t barking. If they do become too loud and someone complains they call the owner to deal with it, which has been the policy at most hotels I have been to that allow pets. I just wanted others to be aware of this in case they may want to travel to this location with their furry friends.

Staff is AWESOME! Rooms and entire facility was SPOTLESS with tons of amenities!
Perfect location for Maple Grove Dragstrip.

Good affordable place to crash. There's a pool too. Rooms felt a little cramped. Friendly staff. Vending machine and ice machine.

I stay here for work. I can't vouch for the value as my company foots the bill. This IS a very quality hotel to stay at though. If I was passing through on vacation this is where I would stay. The rooms are kept and don't have a stench. Some of the showers could use a touch up though. I get the king beds as they to me are the most comfortable. I usually never hear my neighbors. The breakfast I must say is top notch. They have oatmeal and a waffle maker. They have fresh fruit and yogurt. Whatever morning bread you like. They of course have coffee and juice. If you like to drink they also have a nice bar. However, if you're like me and don't want to pay stadium prices for beverages there is a gas station right across the street. Like I said I can't speak to the room prices but I would recommend this joint if you're looking for something presentable along your journey.

We used the conference room for training and the ac didn't work. First day they claimed it was a frozen thermostat and the second day they claimed it was a belt on the ac. Was cooler outside then in the conference room.

Extremely clean property, nice rooms with comfortable beds staff was very professional I had no problems at all I definitely will be returning to the property 12pm checkout is a plus

Hey what can I say it's a comfort inn. But the room was very clean and the water pressure was good and a very friendly staff. They always seem to go out of their way to make our trip better
