Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley West, Allentown PA

Stayed in this hotel 12/30/22 - 1/1/23
It was a two bedded room. We had no pets. Our room (527) was so clean. They do charge an incidental $50 if you’re over 50 miles away and I believe if you’re a local $250. Because we all know locals damage anything nice. Front desk was fine along with breakfast that we missed due to sleeping in our comfy bed. We where able to walk bare footed. There was a microwave with a fringe. The room was humid a bit. But once you put cool on and set it to I think 65. The room is a great temp. I have no complaints at all. We had a bunch of towels a thick comforter. A nice huge mirror and the had a chair on wheels. So we where all able to go use the bathroom to do our makeup. Thank you for providing us with a great stay! If I ever rent up there I would definitely go here. Also you’re in the middle of everything and in the elevator they do have a menu with food and beer. OH YEAH!

Mike at the front desk was awesome! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are super-soft.
I will definitely stay again when I return.

I cannot say enough about the staff and this hotel. I hope I have the pleasure of going back to this place management employees etc etc very professional very accommodating and so personable they truly make you feel as if your family thank you for your professionalism and personal touch I stay in a lot of hotels and go state to state this one has been one of the best and if you're a truck driver I highly recommend staying at this facility

Great for the price! Very economical especially when you consider you get a full free breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re on a budget, this is the perfect spot.

I booked the king room with a jacuzzi in it but as soon as I came in the room it was dirty. There was white spots on the bed/bed frame hair all over the jacuzzi and dirt all over the desk and tables in the room. I let the staff know about this and they apologized and put me in a different room and told me they will have the room clean and ready for me to check into the next day. The next day comes and I go up to the front and they tell me my room was sold to someone else and there’s nothing they can do. Definitely one of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel.

Great service by housekeeping! Tonya, the housekeeping manager went out of her way to help recover and send a lost and found item my wife left behind. It was a long travel, moving from Florida to New Hampshire and Allentown Comfort Inn was our last stop before our destination, we were exhausted. Being able to recover our lost item over a long distance took some of that pain of relocating. Thank you Tonya and your staff!

The hotel is very nice my only reason for given 3 stars is because of a associate I believe his name is David. He called me while I was at a funeral, I explained to him that I booked 2 nights which he could not find until after he disturbed me at my younger brother’s service. He then had the nerve to say enjoy your funeral. David that was very Insensitive of you. More training please.

Was on a late night drive home and felt like a hotel was the safest option. I walked into the lobby around 3: 00AM and explained my situation. They said we have availability and gave me a great rate on a room. Room was super clean and modern. Very cozy and very nice. I’m happy I pulled over here. Thank you Mike!

Under no circumstance should you order food at the inn bar. Breakfast was good for variety. Check in staff helpful and knowledgable.

We stayed here for one night when our van broke down nearby. We weren't able to check out until 5: 30 the next day and the staff was polite, understanding, and generous. Hot breakfast in the morning was great, and the beds were comfy.

We stayed 2 nights! The holtel was very clean, the front desk so friendly, the lady at breakfast room (Emy) was so lovely with her welcoming smile. Last but not least, great location! Will defenitly come back again.

Stayed in the hotel 2 nights. Post COVID room wasn't serviced so can't comment. However room was clean. Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful.

My husband and I got married over this past weekend and had a block of rooms there for our wedding guests. The hotel wasn't too expensive and had incredible service! There were about 50 guests, including us, staying in the hotel, and the front desk employee allowed us to hang out in the lounge area at night and continue to spend time with each other (as long as we weren't too rowdy lol). All of the staff we encountered were extremely polite and accommodating, and everything was clean. Also, 12: 00pm checkout time was AWESOME.you can imagine how most guests were feeling after a wedding!

I have been staying here for over 16 years and can’t say enough good things about it! Nancy with the breakfast in the morning is SUPERB, always taking care of her working folks that leave early in the morning with awesome coffee. Cathy is the friendliest GM I have had the pleasure to deal with directly. The evening crew at the Bar/restaurant are always pleasant and great cooks I might add. You can’t go wrong with staying here for a quiet like home experience!

Nice room, comfortable bed. The bathroom needed some work, my broken toilet seat nearly left me with a broken neck in a compromising position. The sink had the water flow that of a elderly man with kidney stones. And I wish there was a way to predict the ever changing bar hours and availability.

If I could give a 0/5 stars I would. I was put into a room on July 30th, when u get off the elevators the entire hallway smelt horrible. Then when we got into our room it was worse. There was mold everywhere! The floor was slippery. When we went to the front desk the receptionist was nice and tried to help as best as she could. She tried to contact the managers and the manger put his phone on do not disturb. He didn’t try to help us at all. This was at 11pm at night we had to move all of our stuff to a new hotel (Holiday Inn Express 5/5 stars).

I think it was great friendly staff in all never had an issue I felt like I was at home. I love my piece and this pretty much what I got peace and quiet you guys rock

We were there for 9 days and had to ask 3 different times for the sheets to be changed and fresh towels. We were told that they come in every 3 days to do this. The front counter personnel that we dealt with were wonderful. We would stay here again.

I really have to give those stars to this hotel after the experience I had at another hotel. Co fort Inn realy came through for me with comfortable bedding, large pillows, soft linen and size of the room. Fridge, microwave and a clean sick and a tub good working shower. This hotel had free breakfast, bar and food to order. Wow! Never expected these benefits compared to othe hotels. I was very happy.
