Comfort Keepers Home Care, Springfield PA

This is a great company to work for they treat their employees excellent. I'm very pleased to say I work for them. They always go out of there way to make their employees happy.

Comfort Keepers provided wonderful care for my mother in her home for a year. Since it was 24 hour care, we got quite a variety of caregivers. Some were truly exceptional, and all were caring and helpful. When there were caregivers that were not a great fit for my mom, Comfort Keepers quickly made adjustments.

NOT GOOD, YOUR CAREGIVERS HAVE A LOT TO LEARN, THEY NEED BETTER TRAINING, and SOME COMMOM SENSE!

I highly recommend the caregivers at Comfort Keepers. They provided professional and compassionate care for my mom in her house, helping her with walking, cooking, bathing, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed. They were reliable, on time, and respectful of my mother and her home. The management at CK was always responsive and flexible regarding any needs we had, and they would even check in with me periodically to discuss how my mom's care was progressing and whether there was anything else they could do to make things easier for her. I was grateful for their services. My mom has now moved into an assisted living facility but she loved the caregivers she had through Comfort Keepers and I would recommend them to anyone who needed in-home care for a loved one.

My mom was initially self pay for my dad then Delco Senior Services assisted her. Later she and my dad were both clients of the services.
We originally chose Comfort Keepers for their title/name and the office location. Springfield, PA. We thought being in that location was good for most of Delaware County. Their name matches their service.
My mom has met some really nice people through the agency. Comfort Keepers sends excellent care givers and really go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. The caregivers we have are extraordinary women and truly care about my family. I cannot say enough great things about them (Janet and Pam). The nurse supervisors are sweethearts and really try to be there for the staff and the clients. During the time my dad was very sick I would text one just for advice. She always got back to me with additional resources. The goal of home health care is to help keep the client living in their own home while providing care and support services. Some clients require more assistance than others. Everyone is treated respectfully and individually.
In this time of uncertainty it is heartwarming to have someone to trust for senior adults.

My father is a 68 year old veteran and is sometimes confused. His caregiver from comfort keepers is Deacon, he is such a nice friendly person and helps my dad with keeping up with his house but more importantly he talks with my dad and they have great conversations, this is great for socialization especially now with covid. He goes over and beyond to help my dad out! One example is today my father was out of dry cat food and he took him to store to grab it. He didn’t have to do that, but is very much appreciated. My father looks forward to him coming and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Comfort Keepers!

Every time a Comfort Keepers person has come to my home they were very polite. They did what ever I need to have done. They always did it wonderfully and completely. I truly needed the help and appreciated it very much. I have told others how good they have been in case they ever need assistance. God bless them all, and continue to a help to people who need itl!
