3 Called this morning expecting to get an appointment in a few days to a week. Tech (Brian) was at my house in about an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable, but that's where the positives end.
Updated after several weeks -
I asked for their air quality test and the tech was great and picked up the meter and brought it to my house. Unfortunately, the equipment didn't work over the next few days. No one from the company called and let me know. I called in a week later and was told it didn't work. I left a message for their person who handles the air testing and several weeks later have never heard back.
Basically paid $300 for a diagnosis, but no remedy. Still have a water heater that back drafts and no air quality test.
Wonderful customer service when I call this business. The technician performing the service is polite, knowledgeable and professional. I can highly recommend Comfort Pro.
